If I could give this place a minus, I would. After the hurricane earlier this year, power was out at various places. Not this location. Now, I buy all of my fuel at PFJ, only for people to treat me like I'm nothing. I showered with a small, dimly lit battery operated lantern. Then, my wife and I got food off the deli. Then I was told that I had to use self service. I don't use self service, I believe it is wrong to require people to use it. The clerk told us to leave, so, my wife and I left and believe me, this location is not worth my time.

I love flying j cheap fuel great customer service but the food is way for overpriced if they could get the food do where people could afford it flying j would be the best truck stop what's the management of flying j would read this and understand how is truck drivers feel you know the other day I was a flying j and you have a fuel desk attendant the has a filthy mouth and a bad attitude I have to speak to a manager was ignored some chiming in right now because something has to be done an
d I think I was truck drivers are being ignored one thing we don't need is a filthy mouth person that doesn't want to help truck drivers and doesn't care about attitudes other than that flying J's okay

Stopped in on my way home to Ohio, staff was friendly & the store was VERY CLEAN and ORGANIZED. Food was fresh & parking lot was well lit/clean. Environment is safe for overnight stopping

There isn’t a single hook in the showers where you can hang a toiletry organizer or a towel. Saying it's inconvenient would be an understatement. As for the condition of the laundry area — better just look at the photos.
Some Pilot seem to have forgotten that they’re supposed to provide a service, not just make money.

Staff was very nice and friendly! Showers are spacious age water pressure is on point! The restrooms do need to be cleaned more often. Only reason I didn't leave a 5 star.

July 20/25 6 pm.
Rude dismissive staff. Two ladies working and neither can be bothered to even acknowledge customers. When forced to interact they are rude. The facility is very nice however the shower system is not working in the app.

I always look forward to stopping at this Flying J as a trucker; it truly feels like a home away from home. The staff genuinely appreciate our presence, which makes a world of difference. Each time I visit, I'm greeted with delicious food that never disappoints—portions are generous, ensuring that I leave satisfied and ready to hit the road again.
Mike and Aaron stand out as exceptional team members. Their friendly demeanor and attentive service add a personal touch that enhances my experience. They always go above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met, making every visit enjoyable.
The facilities are another highlight; the showers are consistently hot and very well-maintained. I always emerge feeling remarkably clean and refreshed, which is crucial for long hauls on the road. Thank you to everyone at this Flying J for your hard work and dedication; truckers like me truly appreciate everything you do to support us on our journeys!

The store had doors locked and was closed at 10 in the morning. I saw associates inside. Ridiculous. I saw many customers try the doors to get inside, then walk away disappointed.

Ms Julie, supervisor for 2nd shift is very polite and respectful and always helps all customers with what ever it is that's needed and she always makes sure the store is clean. She is a wonderful person that's very nice. She's a great edition for this store.
She deserves her praise.

Price on large lighted sign is $2.89 for gas. At the pump the price is $2.99 and only E15 is available. Nope. This used to be my go to stop before entering Florida, not anymore.

Spent $30 on gas and $150 got taken out of my account and they say that is policy if you pay at the pump. What kind of screwed up policy gives them the right to take money out of your pocket without any heads up. On top of that ordered two slices of pizza and only got 1. Take ya money and don’t even do the job.
