They truly only got to stars because of the Great deals, but wasn't even greeted at the door. No one ever asked if we needed help. The manager even came out and didn't say a word to us. Truly if it wasn't for the price of the shoes my husband and I would have took our money else where. Will not be going here or recommending it to anyone!

This particular outlet store is awesome! You definitely want to skip the regular Rack Rooms and go next door to the outlet. There you will find a bland showroom with tons of deals. You will get the standard BOGO 50% as the normal RR PLUS you can use your rewards! Its a fabulous outlet and has become my first stop for shoe shopping.
