I’ve filled out their contact me form on the website 5 times with no response, that’s enough to tell me any kind of warranty work will be a nightmare.

This company is a scam. Don't give them money, they'll keep it and give you nothing in return. They'll give you rotten service until you final fire them, and they keep your money. I think they make more money scamming than building.
