“I had an amazing experience at AutoZone in Lakeland, GA, thanks to the store manager, Amanda. My car wouldn’t start, and I had no idea what to do since my husband is currently deployed and normally takes care of things like this.
Amanda immediately stepped in to help. She explained my battery options, walked me through the warranty process, and even installed the new battery for me. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the entire experience.
She made sure everything was working properly before I left and truly went above and beyond with her customer service. It’s rare to find someone who is not only great at their job but also genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you, Amanda, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. AutoZone is lucky to have you!”

“Had the hard to find spring part for my lawnmower that nobody else had. Thank you so much for helping me. We had been looking for months. Now Papa can cut the grass again, at 80 years young it's his favorite activity, he can mow everyday the weather allows.”
