“My sister’s battery died at Chic-Fil-A today. I called the store and Greg went above and beyond to make sure he had the battery that we needed. He also sent Elijah to come out and replace the battery in the parking lot for her. I would give them a thousand star rating if I could. I can’t thank you guys enough for your help and your kindness. “Update: staffing issues resolved, this was a good visit. Great customer service
I had no trouble finding what i wanted took less than 5 minutes to get it all and try to check out. They didn't have enough staff to handle the business to start with and one of them walked out for a cigarette break and left long lines waiting to check out. That was the only issue. Well stocked and clean, plenty of parking”
