Update: after reaching back out to them to see what sort of solution they might offer, nothing was offered. With me being on the west coast now, they felt there was nothing to be done. It took about a month and attempting to contact them multiple times before they got back to me. Overall the same level of care/service they gave me while they had my vehicle. For military folks, I continue to recommend going elsewhere.
MILITARY BEWARE!!! This is super late review, but I just saw their photos on my phone again. Do not use this dealer. They absolutely fleece you when you're pulling your vehicle out of storage, and they don't fix much. They had my Lincoln Towm Car for over two months, and I paid about $3600 in 2024 to have a bunch of work done. When I picked up my vehicle two months after work was finished, it was missfiring on two cylinders, shaking like crazy, and ended up being diagnosed with a blown head gasket at a Lincoln dealership in San Diego. My coolant reservoir was hemorrhaging coolant out of the relief valve and was bubbling with exhaust coming out of it in addition to white exhaust and excess fluid from the exhaust. The front suspension squealed even after being an area they supposedly fixed (control arm bushings are dry rotted). Now the engine needs to be replaced, and that means much of the $3600 I paid was for nothing. Fellow servicemembers, take your vehicle somewhere else. Don't let their free tow from storage woo you away from literally anywhere else.

Great place to have your automobile serviced. They keep you informed on what they find that needs to be done and if the service is taking longer than expected they will come tell you why and how much longer it would take.

When I purchased my 24 JL I was told that it was in Athens GA that they would have to drive it 40ish miles to bring it to me the next day, then suddenly after I paid for it it's in Atlanta 122 miles away. I payed for it on 6/13/2024 and didn't get it until 6/18/2024. It arrived without the window tint I paid for, (576.00), and 130 miles on it. They scammed me out of my FCA member discount and gave me a private construction companies fleet discount, (I have the paperwork for proof). I ended up paying 6000 more than I should have because of this. I asked for a refund for the tint, they declined but offered to install it, I declined because I don't trust them to touch my vehicle. Matt murdock holds that his guys weren't decietful I warn everyone I know who's looking for new vehicles to stay away from these guys. Let my experience save you from a similar one yourself.

Bought 2 vehicles from this place, one a commercial work vehicle, the other a personal vehicle. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable!
Been there once for an oil change and tire rotation and will definitely be back.
The service entrance was a little confusing as I'm used to parking and taking the keys in but here you pull in and they'll take the vehicle from there.

Several weeks ago while camping at the nearby Tugaloo State Park, I heard an unusual noise under my car. It was a Saturday morning in a small town where most of the car repair shops are closed on the weekend. Ed Murdock Ford dealership was not only open, but welcomed me immediately into the service lane, test drove my car, and put it on a lift. They had the solution within 5-10 minutes, deemed my vehicle safe to drive home to Atlanta the next day and didn't charge me a cent. I was amazed at their top notch service, quick analysis of the problem and kindness towards me overall. I don't even own a Ford. Strongly suggest going here for service!
