Me and my husband have been using H&R block for years tax preparation no problem price to get it done ridiculous. The issue I have I called about it and was pretty much called a liar from a person who states they have been working there for years with a person who did not give us the information we were told he did but this person wasn’t even there so how would they now if the other person told us or not and when I kept telling this person we was never told this information the person kept saying I’m sure the information was not withheld when I know for sure it was. We will not be returning to H&R Block ever again 16 years going here what a waste. And also the person who states they have been working there for years this was our first time ever seeing them in this office.
