I broke down 4 hours from home. Near this shop. The tow driver recommended this shop. It's one of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic shop ever. Pricing for labor and parts was very clear and up front. Great communication on timeline for parts delivery and repairs. They were willing to get me after dropping off my rental car. They went above and beyond in every area. Id absolutely go back if they weren't so far.

S&L Auto came Highly recommend by the mechanics at Love’s truck stop when this new RVer began experiencing wiring/blown fuses issues. The owner himself went above and beyond fixing the problems as well as making sure this Great-Granny felt as safe as possible on the road!
PS - he’s also a wonderful local tourist guide and takes great pride in his community. Made it Toccoa Waterfalls - just amazing!

Third time having work done there. Nice people. Little glitch this time with not having the proper oil. Resulted in almost 2 hours to get job done. Stuff happens. Still will be my "go to" automotive place.

Our 2011 Honda broke down and it was our only means of transportation. The folks at S & L fixed it in a timely manner , did a great job and the price was more than fair . Stopped here, when traveling through and had engine issues. Very professional, knowledgeable, and sincerely caring. They quickly diagnosed our issue and had the experience to truly know more than the computer. They got us back on the road and headed home in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend S and L Automotive. I've pinned them in case I'm ever in the area again and need service.

Even though Sammy had a ton of work to do this afternoon, he took the time to check out our church bus (loaded with kids) that was running hot. He gave us his expert opinion and we were able to continue our trip to Atlanta with confidence. We made it safely to the Braves game!
