Went in there eariler today and the lady with red hair was very rude and disrespectful i’m pretty sure she said her name was “dianne”. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a person before she was ignoring the people in line and when i said something she threw whatever she was doing and finally helped. I sincerely don’t understand who on gods green earth would hire someone like this. She could have been having a bad day and isn’t naturally like this but overall this was completely unacceptable. me and my children should’ve never been put through this. this is usually my favorite gas station i love going up here and chatting with alexis she’s always super sweet and bubbly. moral of the story y’all need more alexis’ and less diannes.

Has anyone else had problems with this shell station hold the money on your debit card. I paid for it at the pump for 25 dollars yesterday and they still have not released my money they are holding also charged my card today another 25 dollars I have not used it again there since I got gas yesterday. Called to the store and the manager wasn't in and the lady was so rude. I get I am going to have to call the BBB Monday.

One employee whom always seems to be there taxes on items actual prices. She’s been doing it for months now, and it literally shows “high tax” added on the receipts.

Sat in my car this morning while it was lightning. Noticed that the gas pump didn't stop and jumped out. Gas was spewing everywhere. A man there in the parking lot told me that this happens often here and at other gas stations, they would offer a refund but that these people aren't as nice here but to try anyways. My husband told me the same on the phone and apparently I see similar reviews and complaints so the pumps haven't been fixed. I went in and asked the lady for a $40 refund since it takes $80 to fill my car up and she said no. I'm seriously praying for these people's heart. If there's an issue with your pumps and you're not fixing it, then you have the wrong intentions. I've shared this on social media so the public can be warned. This would never happen at Hills.

The pumps don’t cut off and they would not refund the gas that ran out on the ground. Gas is too high for it to be wasted. When I asked for a refund the ladies behind the counter said that they wouldn’t and I asked for a manager and AJ said it was only a quarter worth of gas and he wasn’t going to refund me. It was obviously more than that or I wouldn’t have ask for a refund. I come here almost everyday and the women are rude and change prices on the regular stuff I get but when confronted they just shrug their shoulders and say oh well. Very unprofessional place that just money hungry and don’t care.

I come here every day and the same lady tries to charge me more then what I get almost every time I have to correct and add my drinks total myself before I check out. The short, bigger lady is the only one who does this

I visited the store recently in Lavonia, Georgia & the store was very clean & hygienic. I went there to buy some vape and the prices were awesome. The store manager was very friendly & he helped me select a good vape as well. Well recommended!

Don’t buy lottery from there! I was in line to purchase a ticket a customer in front of me purchased 10 tickets and asked cashier to take the rest off until his wife brings him more money! I couldn’t purchase the tickets...mind your the tickets weren’t paid for yet! Didn’t know that’s how Ga Lottery was ran! Bad business!

The staff always gets my grizzly dip wrong they scan it first before I check it then say they can't swap it for the right one its against policy. The dye in the pink hair one has gone to her brain. I hate to say this but its repetitive and busy when I go in. The owner and the crispy chicken people are great
