The Walgreens Pharmacy at the Lavonia, GA location are fantastic. Second time visiting them because they were cheaper on the medications but they are the kindest group of people that I have encountered. Everyone is stressed & rushed in these times but they had such pleasant attitudes which made me relax, even when my medications were back ordered. Good people.

have been trying for a year to get a full 30 day supply of my husbands blood pressure medications and we are lucky to get 15 in a month of a medication that is perscribed daily. FRAUD ALERT!!!! We have had to get refunded several times for being charged for the full fill and have yet to recieve it! Im sure there have been times we didn't catch it and they just took the money. Not to mention the RUDE older woman who hung up on me today when I was trying to get his perscription transferred to a pharmacy that wont steal from us and actually fill his meds. BEWARE!!!! if you use this pharmacy they are rude and steal. Corporate has been notified to look for FRAUD!!!!

They have messed my prescriptions up 3 times. The staff is rude not to mention incompetent. I had all my medicine transferred to another drugstore. I do not recommend anyone to get their medicine at Walgreen in lovonia GA

This is the worst store I've ever been to. Been trying to get a prescription now for a week and every time I go the pharmacy is closed because the pharmacist called out sick (update your damn website accordingly). Been there 3 times and still can't get what I need. That has cost me at least $15.00 in fuel. You mean to tell me because one employee calls out it shuts down the entire store and keeps customers from getting the meds they need. Piss poor management. I was told I could drive to Royston or Toccoa to get the meds, no one offered to pay for the fuel or discount my meds. I will never go back to Walgreens again, they suck.

I came here looking for baby formula for a friend of mine who can't find it for her newborn. I had ordered ahead and scheduled to pick it up. I received a notice saying that the pick was in process, but did not receive a confirmation saying it was ready for pickup.I figured I would go in and check anyways, since I was leaving town and this was on my way.They were out of it, just like everyone else is right now, but the staff was very nice about it and apologetic.Seemed like a good crew, working their tails off and feeling the supply chain hit like many of us!
