Kind of a mess inside the green house area most of the time but that isn't a deal breaker. Probably needs to be revamped. Everyone is always super nice though. I always get the spices and grilling supplies I need. The local selection of spices is awesome.

I cannot be more happy with the service I received from Chris and Ralph at this location!
I bought a Timberline XL traeger from their location almost 50 days ago. The grill was a lemon. After hours on the phone with Traeger and not getting much resolutuon Chris was able to get the local Traeger rep to step up and assist. Traeger decided to replace the grill. Ralph showed up to assemble the new grill. After the new grill was assembled - it didn't work either. Finally, the THIRD grill showed up and so did Chris and Ralph. In 90 degree heat they assembled my grill and stayed on the phone with Traeger to ensure it operated correctly!!
Thank you guys for exemplary customer service and dedication!
