Never have done bulk services even when I call to request it. They just leave my shit sitting on the curb. They say office chairs are accepted, but they just leave it sitting there.

With no notice whatsoever, Republic stopped picking up yard waste (grass clippings) in approved bags. I'm now having to put them into my trashcan to get them hauled away. I pay for this service!! And they are not answering the phone, either!!

Called 3 different times to inquire about service for my business and waited 20 minutes each time. The final time I called I had waited so long, it crossed over into their closing hours and they just told me to call back. Company is ran by mouth breathers.
