LOVEEEEEE the lady at the front. The sweetest lady and the best customer service. Food was absolutely delicious (no other American Deli this good).

They were out of the Gold Rush sauce for the wings so put a damper on my experience. Also the fries were very hard as though they were not fresh.

I came in yesterday and bought a 6 pc dry lemon pepper that had no lemon pepper on it and a 20 piece that was too salty and half of it was not done. The fries were half cooked. Tried calling when I left but I think they stopped answering phone because it was close to closing. I paid almost 40 for trash. Probably never coming back to this one

I ordered the house rice with no beef and a 5pc wing. I expected for the price that my entire container would have rice in it except for the section for my wings (all the others I go to do it that way). This one just put the rice in the biggest section. The rice was also really hard like it wasnt cooked long enough or cooked too long. I ordered boneless wings and they gave me traditional wings and I didn't have time to wait for them to be corrected. The wings were fried really hard leaving what little meat there was dry and hard to chew. The sweet chili sauce was good and I wish I could have been able to really enjoy it.

My go to for wings. Consistent quality, quantity and timing. I love the wet lemon pepper wings and a beef Philly all the way. Can’t go wrong!

I will never come to this one again. They are way more expensive (10.59 plus tax for a 6 pcs) for SMALLER wings versus the one on Hurricane Shoals(11.29 plus tax for a 10pcs). To add insult to injury, they charge for ranch or Bleu Cheese. The audacity! Please go to the Hurricane shoals, Duluth Hwy location they are cheaper, cleaner, and less greedy. They DO NOT charge extra for ranch or Bleu Cheese.

Had to wait 15 minutes after store was open for employees to get organized. Ordered a a Reuben sandwich. Woman didn't speak good English, don't think she knew how to make; over grilled bread on griddle that smelled bad. Used spatula to clean grill then cut my sandwich in half with it. I didn't know how to tell her but the sandwich tasted nasty and greasy. Very disappointed! Fries were good however. Won't return.

I do not give a review after one bad experience because they could just be having a bad day..this is our third in a row bad experience. And our last... today we picked up our food and there wasn't hardly any meat on the bread. So for 25 dollars we had a bun sandwich . Similar experience last time and bun has been stale all three times

Starting to hate this American deli, over and over again they do not care how they make you food. You can ask for extra crispy and extra wet mind you they charge you a arm and a leg for it, and it will be so squishy with no extra sauce to the point you have to ask for them to do it again. Please make sure you visibly see if they give you extra dressing that you paid for because they will lie and tell you they did and don't. I live down the street and my food is already cold, If you feel like you are to busy to care for people's food then maybe you should limit the amount of customers you take because this is ridiculous.

10 wings with fried rice and drink will set you back around $18! The wings are the size of pigeon wings. Also where does the "deli" come in? They have one sub sandwich on their menu!
