Be careful when picking out your jeans. The promotion is for the jeans with the SPECIFIC sign over them. Learn from me, reading is fundamental.

Take your business somewhere else. Customer services is horrible and will make you keep your bags outside of the fitting room door if you have any other bags with you.

The store did not have a place on the shelf for Aerie Off-line medium-short high waisted full length. Lots of 7/8 lengths and flared leggings. The positive is the clearance sale. I purchased full length overalls and they had her size-small. The original price was around $70. I paid $29 with tax!!

This location needs to change its phone voicemail to reflect the hours of the store. I just drove clear across town because the voice message on their phone said that they closed at 8 PM but when I got there it was 7:15 PM and they had already closed. I was very ticked off, especially because I was only going there for a pick up, which I did to save money on shipping and handling. I realize that Google says that the time they close is 7 PM but they’re actual phone voicemail plus their American Eagle app both say they close at 8 PM. I’m very frustrated and very annoyed that I’m going to have to come back on another day in order to pick up my items.

Very rude staff, even manager doesn’t have any clue. Not referring anybody to even visit the store.

They closed the fitting room by 4:00 pm so no one could try clothes on, so if the sales are down for those 2hrs.... I can tell you why, because I handed a whole pile of clothes I wanted to try on before purchasing, instead I purchased nothing at all. Huge inconvenience when you've been shopping and excited to try in the clothes.... then nope... gave them all back.

Store had TWO cashier behind counter doing absolutely nothing , 2 customers and Myself… ready to make a purchase of $260 but needed to verify size. They said fitting is closed because they are understaffed. I looked around store is EMPTY, no customers by two people and yet they STILL claim that they can’t open the fitting room. I asked to speak with the manager , who was doing absolutely and politely asked that I need to verify that I am buying the right size… she did not care if her store is making $269 that day or not… same answer I got from cashiers. Morale of the story ? There is a huge difference between laborer mentality and a professional who has a sense of ownership and priorities straight. I took my business elsewhere, went to Tommy hillfiger, that is across from American Eagle and got ALL of my business. Sadly American Eagle is a new store at this mall but I do not anticipate to last long due to mismanagement and lack basic logic by a manager who is supposedly responsible for maximizing store revenue especially with traffic was close to NONE, unlike other stores next door ! Take your business to the right hardworking stores!

They refuse to honor their marketing. There is a sign above the jeans that says buy one, get one 50% off, but they did not honor. Then, they said we would get 15% off first purchase when signing up for rewards program but then refused to honor that.

Hours said they open at 12. Been waiting for 30 min outside & I called the store & they said they were open but the doors were locked. Line of customers outside.

Returned a pair of Jeans as the size was too big today, didn't try them before buying due to covid restrictions. I had the receipt on me but still the cashier demanded my ID, phone number and email, a complete breach of privacy just to return a $20 item. I can understand if I do not have a receipt but given the fact that I had used my credit card to pay which already gives American Eagle most of my info but to then demand my ID, phone number and email is just not acceptable
