The staff was very helpful and technically knowledgeable. However, the effects on my bill I was told would occur were just the opposite. We cancelled our Uverse service for Direct TV Stream and cancelled a home phone. Due to activation fees on 3 new phones, plus adding a 3rd line, my bill jumped by over $300, even though I was told that the cancellation of U-Verse and a home phone would be prorated. It turns out, that will occur on my NEXT bill, not the current one.Be VERY skeptical of the numbers you're told.

My experience at the Sugarloaf location was excellent. The wait was less than 5 minutes. Soon as I walked in I was helped. The rep explained the phone and services in detailed. Great customer service

My phone cracked and I came in person to file a claim with insurance and the young kid took my ID to pull up my account and told me that I didn't have insurance. He suggested that I go to the phone repair nearby to get it fixed. I called for quotes and it was about $350-450 just to fix a screen! I called Samsung directly and they offered me a trade-in credit to get a new phone. So in addition to paying for the replacement phone, I also had to pay off the cracked phone to send it back. Now I receive my bill and it turns out that I did have insurance and could have just filed a claim to get it fixed for $275!! Ridiculous!!

Poor customer service. Staff helped other customers that arrived after me. Left me at kiosk in the middle of a negotiation. I left the store.

Staff seemed nice however, only one person truly working in the store. Waited about 20 minutes to be seen and my issue was not resolved. I actually had to speak with IT myself while in the store and got 1 of 5 issues resolved. I was told I would receive an email from At&t regarding my other issue and received nothing.

He helped me get a new phone. Could not download my cloud and he did not help at all. Told me he has an uohine. Mine is a Samsung so that was it. I tried myself foe almost an hour in the store and he did absolutely nothing. I paid over 1300.00 in the store and wad totally blown off. The world has changed in such a bad way and your employee is proof of lack of empathy! Wow. Terrible.

GO TO A CORPORATE STORE NOT HERE. Went in to switch from Verizon with phone and watch. He switched my account and phone and told me it's easier if I call ATT to move the phone so I left. Now I've been on the phone with tech support for an hour and have to GO TO A STORE! IT HAS TO BE DONE AT A STORE BECAUSE OF A QR CODE. Collins Hill Rd has a corporate store so I'll be heading there to get this fixed.

I went inside the store today and KT and Ali were so helpful. I've been inside a few AT&t stores and they did not tell me everything I needed to know KT and Ali were very informative about devices and plans they did not leave anything out for example. When you buy something like earphones and you have the 14-day period to bring it back you would pay a deductible fee or what they call a shelfie of $50 I never knew that. This AT&t store is not in my area but I would gladly go on my way just for them to come help me again.
