Our associate, Devin, and store manager, Korea, were so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Upgrading the iPhone was actually an enJOYable experience! They reviewed our account and made changes to old plans we had and SAVED US MONEY without us even thinking to ask! (Now we’re on each other’s Christmas card list.)

I would leave a 6 star if I could! Ben was amazing. Talked us through everything and took time to show us all of our options. Best experience ever. Would have traded in earlier if we knew it was going to be this painless. 10/10 recommend
