The store rep instantly greeted me and asked what I needed. Answered all my questions and provided me with different options and clear details. Overall a great experience no complaints at all, he was awesome!

I consistently encounter incompetent employees that lack good customer service. Train the employees better at this location.

I visited this store today and had the dis-pleasure of dealing with Andres. His customer service is absolutely terrible. Not only was he giving me the wrong information and prices on phones, but he also became upset when I pointed out significant price differences than what was online. When I asked why the prices were different online, he said that it was because he worked in a different department. I told then asked what department that was as I was in an AT&T store. He waved his hand at me in a very offensive "shut up" type of manner and said very rudely "I will just give you the price online". He then proceeded to tell me that the phone I wanted was not instock, after telling me that the phone was in stock. I decided not to purchase anything and I left the store, only to get an email saying that my plan had been changed/upgraded. This Andres changed my plan, increasing my bill $60 and without my authorization! I am livid and on the phone with customer service trying to get this unnecessary issue fixed. I would not visit this store under any circumstance!

From the time I walked in the door until the time I left I was treated with great Customer Service. All the sales reps greeted me when I walked in. Michael was the representative that assisted me with my questions. He was very explanatory and kind. I definitely will be back

Amazing store and service.Visit here if you have been treated terribly with all the other corporate stores.Been helped by not only 1 but all the staff members and each one of them are people who are actually willing to help save on plans and find you the best service for you and your family.Crystal is their manager.
