I came to look for a screw, I brought the example screw and the girl who helped me told me that I couldn't look for it because I needed the measurements. I don't understand, why if I bring the example, can't you use it as a reference?

Best Auto Zone thus far. They’re very helpful. Every time l visit this store, they’re very sincere to help in any situation. I tried to return a new battery l bought in the other Auto Zone and they refused, this store sincerely refunded my money to me and thank me for visiting their store. I highly recommended this to any Auto Zone customer.
