I recently had a fantastic experience with Avis. Thank you to Amin for getting me on the road. It was imperative for me to make a one way trip to a different city in a timely manner. I had to make some last-minute changes to my car rental reservation, and I was worried about how it would all go. However, Amin was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to assist me, making the process smooth and stress-free. The level of professionalism and courtesy I encountered was exceptional. I highly recommend Avis to anyone in need of reliable and customer-oriented car rental services. Thank you again! God bless!

They were so lovely and took care of us. As soon as we walked in, they were charming and professional. They cleaned the car before they gave it to us and made sure to offer us a better car than what we came for at a cheaper price..

Had a reservation for a car in Atlanta but they had no vehicles. I called Amin and he secured me a car quickly. We were in and out within 20 minutes! Service is great.

Not sure why this location has a 3.1 but I understand that everyone’s experience is different. The staff was super helpful, fulfilled their obligations and was very attentive to our needs. We reserved an SUV and once we got inside the SUV it was a little dirty and they stopped everything they were doing and cleaned the SUV so that we didn’t have to wait. TotalTime at this location was maybe 30 mins. I’ve been to other Avis locations and this one will have a customer for life if I’m met with the same urgency, courtesy and professionalism. Kudos guys!!

I usually go through Costco Travel to find rental cars, and these guys are usually the cheapest in my area. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The cars have been dirty every time I've rented from them, and I usually get stuck with a Chevy Malibu (I really dislike that car). When I check the cars before driving off, it's hard for me to determine what is a scratch and what is just dirt. I have to try and rub the mark to see if it comes off, not something I should have to do. I think I'm done with this Avis, I'll pay a little more for a better experience. So if you want to pay the least, these are your guys. If you want a better experience, go elsewhere.

Very bad.The van I reserved did not exist at that location. Never existed.I had to personally call another location to resolve. They didn't have any more trucks.But the manager offered to give me his.I value the intention and attention very much. But the truck was not good, for several reasons.But the worst was the expired driver's seat.It was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever driven. My waist hurt the 13 days I had the truck.Also it was not clean, and the tank was not completely full.The staff, very good.WARNING, VERY BAD.I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely the WORST customer service!! I should have read reviews first. Get all the way to location for them to tell me there are no more cars available. The already took payment and placed hold on car. I had to take a Uber to branch. Plus no one apologized or took accountability. I hope Avis loses so much business they have to shut down. Customers keep your business thriving. Invest in some customer service classes for employees and a better system to track inventory.

I've had a few good experiences a few years ago,however yesterday's experience will prevent me from renting at this location ever again.I RSVP'D a vehicle earlier in the day, and it was confirmed. I caught an uber to pick up and the associate told me my car was not available. She claims she tried to call me and tell me my car was unavailable, however I did not receive any calls or messages from her. I asked for the free upgrade (bc im preferred) and she stated that size wasn't available, however the next size up was available, but I would need to pay $15 extra each day. I asked why am I being charged for Avis not having the car I rsvpd? She very nonchalantly stated there was nothing she could do and to call Corporate, which I did. Mind you, there were tons of cars in their parking lot. She proceeded to get back on the phone with her friend. I finally got through on the number she provided after waiting on hold for 15 min. They asked me could i go to another location to get a car and i said absolutely not bc i had paid for an uber there. I also informed them that I had an important meeting downtown to attend in the next hour so please hurry up. Customer service FINALLY returned to the call after 19 min, ONLY to tell me they weren't really Customer Service and they would need to transfer me. I hung up. I wasted 47 min at this location and left empty handed and had to pay for another Uber to Enterprises, and got a rental (cheaper and better size car) in less than 15 min. They also had excepted customer Service I will never rent from Avis again. Please do better with hiring more customer service focused employees and also improve your rsvp system.

Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I had a pickup truck reserved one month in advance, but yesterday when I called to inquire about my reservation, I was told that they didn't have the car that I needed and couldn't give me any other car. I rent cars from Avis every now and then, but never have I had such a bad experience. Steer clear of this location, it simply is not worth it.

This location has downgraded bad!Don’t waste your time or money to receive dirty cars and unprofessional workers.There’s one older lady that works at this location that is VERY RUDE and doesn’t care nothing about her JOB! I will NEVER rent another car from Avis just because of this worker.She was working on 2/16/2024. ( Noted for Avis)I have reported to Avis customer service that she should not be behind no counter helping customers. I have to witness her talking to customers like they are trash and to myself. There’s an enterprise, Hertz, Budget all in the location that I live in but I still was going to Avis. As of 2/16/2024 I ended that after being told I couldn’t get a car and the two they had was dirty!Avis should really take a good look at this location and who they have running it!!!!Another disappointed customer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
