The store is an all-time favorite place for sporting needs, very well organized and featuring a big fish tank. Staff are frequently friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service, whether assisting with boats, ATV parts, firearms, or fishing gear. They act as educators and advisors, making complicated processes positive. Most associates are noted for being nice and taking time to give advice. While the store has cool stuff, some shopping areas can be overly packed, and very rarely, a staff member may provide poor service. Overall, it is a place to get on the water and start making memories.
