First time account overdraft due to an error which was fixed immediately. Visited branch and was promised a follow-up. No response, I sent an email, again no response.

You wouldn't believe the experience I that yesterday just trying to use the ATM. This was from the person that services the AtM.. People now days don't respect.

I have been with out a debit card for over a month. Talked with numerous ppl about sending a replacement that was never sent. They said they were ordering me a new card but instead issued an atm card that never came. The replacement cards they gave me also did not work. I had to call at least 3 times about these cards and no one could tell me why it was not working. Wasted so much time and energy to still not have a card. Now i have to wait another 7-10 days because this branch ordered the wrong card.

Untrustworthy, unknowledgeable of basic banking investments policy and procedures, longer wait times, unfair treatment of certain race of clients, intentionally misinform clients of general account information.

Convenient location, great people. Has been known to be slow on most of my visits but still decent customer service for all of my banking needs.
