I am leaving a review of my experience here because I know there are moms out there sifting through reviews and doing thorough due diligence in search of the right fit for their child. So this review is two-fold, providing reasons why I would and would not recommend enrolling your child here. I DON’T recommend Bellbrook if you are looking for a place for your child to further develop as they are not equipped with the manpower or resources and the teacher to student ratio is very high. The staff is not very knowledgeable regarding additional resources to help your child reach developmental milestones, as I’ve asked on more than one occasion but never received an answer other than they would “get back to me”. So, my child was dual enrolled in another program as well to further assist. I DO recommend this center if you need safe free play for your child as the staff does ensure the safety of the children, which in most cases is what we truly ask for as parents. I would also like to highlight that Ms. Z was really great with my child. I hope this helps depending on what your childcare goals/needs are.

I’m not sure about the older reviews but whatever was happening back then, is not the case now. This place has apparently improved tremendously and it just shows how much the staff cares around there…they just needed a chance. Bellbrook has taken care of all 3 of my children at some point in their lives and they were always in love with the staff and how they were treated. My Preschooler who attend Bellbrook now will literally cry if he can’t come to this place. It is welcoming, loving, family oriented and respect here. Any concerns I had were always put to rest when needed and I am appreciative of the time and efforts everyone puts into this place. To the ladies up front, the teachers, chef and bus drivers…you are all a ray of sunshine when I see you guys & should be appreciated. Thank you for making my family feel safe enough to bring our son in your care. We will miss you dearly when his time is up & he’s ready for kindergarten.

Commenting because all other comments are two years old or older. I have had my son and currently have my daughter enrolled in the Pre-K here. They both loved it and had a lot of fun. When my son entered Kindergarten, he was at or above the level expected for the school. The teacher we have is Miss Tonya. Both my children love her.

My 3 y/o daughter has attended this daycare since she was 6 weeks old. Yesterday, I arrived to pick my daughter up & instantly noticed that she had a black eye. I asked the teacher she was with at the time "What happened to her eye" and she responded with "Oh, I don't know, she came in here (that particular classroom) like that". I followed up with another teacher who also didn't know what happened & she stated there "might be" an incident report at the front desk. I reported to the front desk where the director, Ms. Denise, and another employee were standing in the doorway behind the front desk, chatting. I waited and waited and waited for my presence to be acknowledged (It's clear Ms. Denise saw me). After being asked if I needed something, I proceeded to ask why my daughter had a black eye because no one seems to know and Ms. Denise automatically started spilling out of her mouth "Well, I know earlier she was trying to flip off of...." and I immediately shut that idea down because that is not the first time Ms. Denise has tried to justify something happening to my child & making it seem like she did it to herself. She proceeded to ask my daughter what happened & my daughter repeated the same story that she told me & the other teachers who didn't know. Ms. Denise could care less about what happened, as she proceeded to say "Well, you know one day you and (other child) are best friends and the next day you're worst enemies". There was no incident report given to me that day, there was no phone call made to let me know that something serious has happened, the teacher who apparently "witnessed" the incident did not report it to any supervisor or other teacher. Bright from the start has been contacted, as this is VERY unacceptable. My daughters last day at this facility is TODAY. Truly we chose this daycare because of the convenience of their hours but my daughters safety is way more important than an extra hour to spare.

Abusive towards infants right in broad daylight. Terrible experience while visiting this center 2x in same week just to make sure I wasn’t being biased. 1st visit 6/2018 afternoon shift infant attendant/teacher ratio to child was too high and baby left in crib to cry it out. The baby looked as if he was crying all day. The manner in which she picks up infants by the arms is dangerous. This young girl seems inexperienced or doesn’t care. The worst was the next visit with the older black lady who roughly wiped down the baby face then manhandled him out from the high chair and swooped the infant boy into the crib face down and walked off to attend another baby in another high chair. Then she was forcing food into the Asian infant mouth and he started crying. Poor thing. I’m sorry this place is terrible I don’t care how much cheaper it is $189 a week they are. I can see why the director doesn’t want cameras in the facility. Oh and I came 2nd time with my older daughter just in case I was overreacting. I don’t care if they remember me I wouldn’t leave my child there even if they offered me free child care.

This is by far the worse facility in the state of Georgia. There isn't anything about this daycare that I would recommend. Don't even tour the place. Leaving your child with anyone else is like trading a five star restaurant for Taco Bell, but with the level of care they are giving children, this place is more like a food truck missing a license plate. Anyone who says different either had a really hard childhood or doesn't truly love their child. If you know gang member ask them their rates before you go to Bellbrook.

Careless staff on their phones instead of watching kids, dismissive administration, and incomprehensible childcare. My daughter was told by a staff member “don’t tell your dad certain things because it means I’ll (so called teacher) get into trouble and have to stay late.” Avoid this would be child care facility for the sake of your child’s well being.

Once upon a time I had my son attending here from infant to toddler and the staff was great and attentive to my son's needs. Now I have my daughter attending whom is 2 years old and she is happy when she is dropped off (at times)...lol She's a mommy's girl and doesn't like it when I leave her which is expected of most children. My daughter doesn't take well to new people but she transitioned well with the teachers whom are really nice. The facility is always clean and organized and love how they know my name when I enter the school. I'm pleased and comfortable to know my daughter is well taken care of.
