Jay really knows what he’s doing! The best in the game by far. He adapts to your disability’s, explains your plan so it’s simple and easy to understand and has a very cool atmosphere in his gym.

Jermaine is hands down the BEST trainer to work with. The expertise and guidance he provides through my strength training have been nothing short of amazing. His constant redesigning of my program keeps me progressing consistently. If you're looking for RESULTS, this is where you need to be. I've found more confidence and the drive to stay healthy. When I decided I was going to throw in the towel and say yes to getting a personal trainer I knew for me it would take commitment! I also knew what I needed which was a knowledgeable trainer, support and communication. Lastly accountability!! Jermaine has provided all of this for me and I would not have achieved what I have in such a short period of time without him. I'm glad to have this gym in my area. Jermaine is an excellent trainer, professional and with a lot of knowledge of what he does. With his help I lost 16 pounds and a couple of inches after my baby was born. Good environmental, nice peoples. I recommend it 100%.
