We are here now getting a phone with no case BUT BEING CHARGED FOR A CASE I DON'T WANT AND THEY TOOK MONEY FOR A BUNDLE I DONT NOT ASK FOR NASTY PEOPLE AND THE OWNER JUST HUNGRY FOR THE MONEY

My experience with adding another line to my already existing account was very easy with the help of Ferny. I was told that she was still in training however, she was able to handle everything professionally and very efficiently without much back and forth. She was so patient when explaining plans and offers for other phones that I could qualify for, and activated my new phone that I brought in and had a smile all the way through. Nice job!

Daughter came here to get a phone and the service she received was great! This is her first bill and I really liked the service she received they broke down the payment dates and gave her a free case too.

I find it hard to believe there is no manager or management contact for this store. How can a customer get a problem resolved or file a complaint?Less than one month ago we purchased a replacement phone for an existing account. This was sold as a new phone. It was in fact a remanufactured phone. We returned to the store today needing either repair or replacement phone under warranty and was told the only store warranty is seven days. Asked to speak to a manager, no manager in the store. No management at all apparently. Private owner store. No owner contact. Cannot get the owners number. Cannot get the owner to return your call. Basically no service. To make matters worse, the young lady employee had a silly smirk on her face the entire time. And the young man employee would do nothing, but look at the floor. Very bad customer service. Simply very bad etiquette.

My son bought a phone when he got service with boost....He didn't have very good service so he decided to move over to cricket....they sent him a code to unlock phone however it didn't....So we went to this boost store...The girl working there...who was very unfriendly...acted as though we were infringing upon her time even tho we were only customers in the store.....Anyways, she asked how long he had service with them and he said approx a month but he bought his phone outright when he got service.....she said it didn't matter that he had to have service for 1 year in order for them to unlock phone....So we asked why they sent code saying it could be unlocked ( he showed it to her) and she said she didn't know why but she dud know the phone couldn't be unlocked.....they did the same to me a couple years ago..I bought a phone from a lady and her bill was paid in full and her phone was bought outright...they sent me a code but they still wouldn't unlock......It's basically holding your phone hostage even though you paid for it and can transfer your number.....You own it outright but it doesn't mean anything.....I would never use boost nor recommend them.... People....ask questions, know everything you need to know before buying a phone and service......

I buy a watch today and it’s useless when the lady sold it to me she put the watch in Spanish so now I have to go all the way back up there after there 5 day policy ( because that is when I am off WORK again ) is up to get it changed. Have no way of knowing if the watch will work or not . Why would you change the watches language to Spanish in the first place . When you are not the one buying it . Just to make things hard on the customer. This is American we speak English here not Spanish.

Got a new Sim chip put in and now my phone is not working properly, next few days I walk inside and I told two females that my phone is not working properly they said Ok just a moment... a moment went by and im still just standing there while they gossip to the point I had to suggest weither to come back then finally she wanted to tell me because they activating phones im like ok how long the wait she responded "activating phones" im like how long is that going to take then she said 15- 20 mins like what did you expect for me to just stand there for almost half a hour ? Gotta do better

Facility is somewhat dreary. Employees often do not seem to know the answers to questions or concerns of the customers. Many different types of products available for purchase. The price for service is excellent, but the service you receive seems iffy at best. I suppose this is an example of you get what you pay for....

Today I saw that a person came in without a mask and they didn't say anything to him, it's not fair and it's not safe, I'll never go back to that store.
