Had water issues in my finished basement and Britt's worked tirelessly to help me figure out flooring that would work. Kevin Lopez was great! Experienced delays by waterproofing company that too a very long time to resolve and Britt's stored my flooring at no charge while we worked to resolve the problems. I have used Britt's for all my flooring over past 30 years and every time they have provided excellent service and product.

I’m a builder that recently found Britt’s and use them for flooring, tile, and appliances. Everyone that works for them is professional and does an amazing job on installs. I build in the $750k + price point and my clients deserve and expect perfection. With Britt’s, they receive perfection!

Very pleased with my speed queen washer. However, when I spend that kind of money I expect to get the color I ordered. They offered to bring out the correct color over a week later but as a mom or 3 who works 12+ hours a day, I can't wait that long to wash clothes again. When my dryer goes out they will not get my business.

Britt’s has always been my first choice for flooring. They are professional and communicate with clients efficiently. Their prices are reasonable. Their installation of my indoor/outdoor carpeting was done to perfection. Cannot praise the installer enough!

We unfortunately had issues with the fridge we bought about 7 or 8 years ago at no fault of Britts. We stopped in to check out some fridges because we were tired of dealing with the issues we had. MaryAnne spoke with us and actually remembered us from prior business we had with them. She was very sympathetic with our situation with the fridge we bought years before. She went above and beyond and did everything she could to work out a good deal for us even contacting her fridge company rep. We left a frustrating situation feeling much better about it. Can’t say enough about MaryAnne and her customer service. We did have some hiccups with delivery that was a little annoying but it seems it was a simple mistake partly on the part of their computer system so I dont want to hold that against my experience at the store. Initially we were set for a Tuesday delivery the week after we purchased the fridge. Halfway through Tuesday we had not heard anything and called and they said it was showing in their computer as the delivery date but also not showing to be in yet. A few days later heard back with a Friday delivery date a well and a half later. Not ideal but it is what it is. We told them we had plans to go out of town so we really needed a morning delivery. The night before we got a notification that delivery would be between 8:30-11:30 in the morning. We stayed around the house then got a text from the delivery driver saying he expected an afternoon delivery which was a little frustrating but he said he would get there as soon as he could. We then got an automated text saying the fridge would be there between 6:30-830 pm. The delivery driver did do very well about communicating but still frustrating none the less with everything that happened. The delivery driver arrived a few minutes after 7 pm and said he was sorry but the day hadn’t gone well and they had to stop and help another crew with a delivery but the two guys showed up at my place and got it put in. Only reason my review isn’t 5 star is just the confusion and mishaps with everything delivery, making an effort to be home on two different days and miss work with delivery complication although the workers did a great job.

I was treated well with my purchase and even though I had a problem with what I bought the manager made it right. I ended up having to get my stove at southeastern appliance and they have been a total disaster. I will recommend Britt’s to anyone that is looking for anything you sell.
