Wouldn't recommend. They don't answer their phones for extended periods of time. They aren't anywhere to be found on the premises during business hours. Scheduled a 2pm pickup and they didn't answer the phone for over 30 mins nor were they anywhere inside or near the business. I walked around the premises for over 20 minutes yelling for help and no answer. Went back and sat in my car to call again and no answer for another 5 minutes. I had places to be so I took my dog and his leash from his kennel since there was no one to help.I get a text from the owner 7 hours after I took my dog. I wouldn't take your dog here as ANYONE can walk in and take a dog. There's no security, no workers, no communication, no anything.The owner is lucky I paid the invoice and that I'm not filing a grievance with the BBB

We love JP and the entire fam! They have taken excellent care of our dogs every time we have boarded them, even when one of them became seriously ill. After learning they do grooming, we quickly switched over from PetSmart. The skill and attention to detail is unmatched, they look like they’re ready for a dog show after and they smell so good!

It may not look like your typical boarding or groomer, but animals thrive here. We boarded our dogs and had our oldest dog groomed here. Our oldest gets a little cranky especially when cleaning his feet, so his nails had grown out. When we went to pick them up, he was following JP around like he knew him his whole life. His grooming was amazing. We will definitely come back.

The best grooming experience I’ve ever had with my dog. He was literally happy and playing with the groomer when I picked him up. That’s never happened before. And he groomed him to perfection! I will definitely be a forever customer.

My babies were so happy after their grooming. JP very compassionate regarding my pup's fears. JP & Staff are kind & caring all around. My babies are beautifully groomed. Both my babies demeanors were the same going in and coming out. They were not fearful at all. Great place!! Awesome experience!!

Have you been here? The new owners took over about a year ago and are working hard to revamp it. Our dog was ok going the first time and happy to be picked up. The real test was the second trip, would she be happy to go? Well she jumped out and ran in all happy to see them again. Picked her up and still happy. We also have had them do other services like nail trims and bath. They love on the dogs and take good care of them. Booking online is very easy. The family lives on-site and are all involved with a long history of training animals. I feel confident leaving our pet with them.

We boarded our dogs there over Christmas week. They have never been boarded, so it was a pleasant surprise that they took excellent care of them and they all smell amazing! More important they were all happy! I love this place as it was so hard to leave them and they were wonderful!

This was our first experience using JP's Brookside Kennel and it was fabulous! Our dog loved it there! The customer service, attentiveness to our dog, and grooming services were perfect! Also, I love that it is a family-owned small business that has been in business for over 40 years! They are also very knowledgeable about various breeds, their needs, and how to properly groom them. We have a Giant Schnauzer so this is a very specialized cut, which JP did perfectly! We will definitely be using their boarding and grooming services again! Thanks for easing our worries about boarding our dog while we were away!
