Camp Bow Wow is in a great location. The hours for pick-up and drop-off is great. I like seeing what my pooch is up to on T.V. The cost is affordable for all services. Jordan and other staff are friendly and helpful.

We've booked weekend stays and vacation stays for 2 weeks and 3 weeks. This is the only place I trust boarding my baby! Every staff member is really kind and treats my baby like their own. She seems to like it there, too!

Our dog absolves going to Camp Bow Wow! The staff always greets him by name and are very friendly and caring. He gets great care while he is there for both day camp or an overnight stay. We highly recommend!

We have been taking our two Pitbull mixed breeds to Camp Bow Wow for about 5 years. We have done both overnight extended boarding for vacation and drop in daycare. I love that they know and remember our dogs’ personalities. I believe they treat our canine kids well!

Love Camp Bow Wow. Everyone there is so friendly and they treat my pup, Tuck, like their own. It feels like I'm dropping him off with friends when he goes.

UPDATE: ***The owner contacted me and apologized for the bad experience we had.***We have used a Camp Bow Wow before in another state and had nonissues but this location was a disaster! We made arrangements in advance to bring our dogs in to have an initial meet and greet play time to be sure they did well at the facility before we would have them stay overnight! We brought them in on a Saturday as we had been told that would be a great time for them to interact with other dogs and make sure that everything was a good match! We brought our pups in around 9:15 am on a Saturday morning. We then left and stayed local in case there was any issues. I checked the cameras to see how things were going and no dogs were out playing anywhere! I waited about 30 minutes and checked again… same thing! By 10:30 am I was still not seeing the pups and called to ask if the cameras were working. They said yes but they were “running behind” because they had dogs to feed. Around 10:45 am I started to see pups appear in the play areas.. when I checked again at like 11:30 the dogs were all away and no one out playing! I called again and was told that it was CLEANING DAY and that they do lots of cleaning on Saturdays but the dogs would be out again by 1:00. I checked at 1:15 via the camera and NO DOGS WERE OUT! I called again and they said sorry we are running late getting them out. I was never told Saturdays are cleaning days … because had I know that I wouldn’t have brought my dogs there to test out how they did (since they spent most of the time there not interacting with other dogs!) When I went there to pick my pups up at about 1:40 no one said anything to me about how they did during their time there. I’m assuming because they didn’t know how they did since they really didn’t interact with pups that much! I called numerous times over the past few weeks and asked to speak to the manager and then the owner to express my concern but never received a call back! I wrote this review to help others to know about my experience. I will never take my pups to this facility and I suggest you ask a lot of questions and keep your eyes on the cameras if you decide to take your pup to this facility! Very very disappointing !

We have been taking our two dogs here for dog boarding whenever we travel out of state for almost a year now with a stay ranging from 3-4 days every month or so and it's been a life saver! Our pup is 11 months and he has been coming here since he was about 5 months old (started in small dog and as made his way to large dog) and our senior dog (almost 12 years old). Prior to getting a second dog and moving to the south we always got someone to watch our dog in house because we weren't far from family but knew we needed a different option. We were extremely hesitant at first, but took them for their evaluation, got a tour of the facility, asked all the questions & it eased our worries. Whenever we take them now the staff know them by name without us saying anything and our dogs are always excited to go there. We also love that we can see the cameras and check in on them during the daytime. We have tried other boarding places but our dogs just seemed a lot happier whenever we took them or picked them up from here. They are also priced well, even offer a second dog discount and our dogs get to sleep in the same kennel which was important to us.

We have been talking our dogs to Camp Bow Wow in Lawrenceville ever since they opened. They truly love dogs and take very well care of them. We are definitely at ease when they are camping there.

Edgar the Groomer helped my 2 babies, Mr. Wiggles and Kenzo, look and smell just as clean as when they were puppies!! He provides a low stress environment for the grooming, and the dogs seemed calm when I got them back. Honestly one of the best grooming I used in a while. Please go see and ask for Edgar to take care

The day of the interview/daycare was very chaotic with apparent short staffing and I was given little feedback about my dog’s( english bulldog) day. The next day he was boarded for 3 nights and little to no info was provided to me as far as expectations, the agenda, what is needed or recommended from me or him. The day of pick up, he was again exhausted and overheated. He smelled like urine and was filthy. I took him to the vet the same day because he was having trouble breathing and was shivering. He lost 5 pounds after 3 days of boarding. I was not given any feedback about his stay, or his behavior while boarding. He was simply handed to me with an empty food bag and asked to pay the bill. Not to mention he also didn’t receive the bath I requested with his boarding. I can’t even get them to answer the phone. There seems to be a lack of organization among other things at this facility and I would not recommend it.
