wish I could share a great review, because my first two orders with them were great. I placed them to review the quality. Then I went through the intricate process of setting my website product to dropship my artwork printed on canvas. My first custom order of the art I created came quickly. I submitted a 300PPI high resolution image, the proof looked great, I dropshipped it and my customer reached out with extreme disappointment and showed me the added text and graphics to my painting were completely blurred. They were pixelated and illegible. The rest of the image was fine. This was a gift for a friend, so I assured her I'd resolve it with the printer. I sent the info and image to them to ask how it was possible only parts of my image were affected. They simply offered a reprint. I said I would like to know the cause so the same file isn't sent to my customer. For 10 days I've begged for an answer. 10 days my customer has been sending emails asking "WHATS THE UPDATE??" How embarrassing. My reputation has been tarnished with her. They've simply offered to reprint and they sent me the same proof I reviewed when I submitted my first image. I informed them I would like to review the image of the actual print before its shipped to my customer so we don't have the same issue because they refused to tell me WHY or HOW the image printed this way. For 10 days I've begged them to please just let me review it. Finally they said they would yesterday, but then refused to tell me when. I asked "Can you tell me when?" I asked again to please just give me an ETA so I can reply to my customer. They replied and said "We are still waiting on the proof approval." What? Like they've never read my messages. So I clicked the original proof link and it was expired. Something they should have checked on. So I asked for a new link, they sent it this morning and ignored my request for an ETA on when the print would occur. So I've lost the complete profit from the design, and I've lost the first-time customer who purchased for a gift as she promptly decided to cancel her second order with me. I am sincerely devastated for my customer, my time, my financial loss and the horrible customer service.

Quality is very poor. It is totally different compared to what their website described. The most upsetting part is none of it balance. A square is not a square shape.

Quality is good, however, one of four pics order has yet to show up 19 days after the promised delivery. Despite multiple phone calls and emails the blame is seemingly placed on FedEx . While I understand the problem, canvaschamp customer service sucks. I have asked them to reprint and hear nothing but silence.

I have ordered metal prints from Canvas Champ a few times and love the quality I'm getting, the canvas one I ordered wasn't great but that was due in part to the photo. The print I've attached to this review is a 16x24 on metal and looks awesome.

Update - They were supposed to Dona reprint of the journals which has taken weeks - they only replaced 3 of the 5 and the covers are the wrong pictures. This company is terrible to deal with. Save yourself some aggravation and don’t deal with themThis company is terrible. Predicted come poorly packaged so they end up damaged and terrible quality and mistakes. One of my canvases had the staple miss the wood frame and poke into the canvas itself. Journals were damaged on the corners from poor packaged. Customer service gives you the runaround- safeyourself some headaches and don’t deal with this company.

I had an issue with Fed Ex and the representatives (i talked to three) were very rude. Due to the shipper Fed ex and their attitude I will not be buying from them again.

I ordered quite a few canvas prints from this company in June. They looked good when they arrived, but now that we have hit winter and the heat has turned on, several of them are warping. I reached out to canvas champ about this and was told they couldn't help me even when the problem is due to their poor construction (you can see one of these nails didn't even go through the middle bracket). I will not be purchasing from them again given the poor product and lack of customer support. Their "100% quality guarantee" is false.

The only spam I get in my gmail account is illiterate Nigerian phishing emails that all go to the spam folder. I also don't have my name in my email, I have two letters that have nothing to do with me so when email is addressed to those letters, I know it's just spam. I have no idea what Canvas Champ is or what they do but all of a sudden I was bombarded with spam emails from them, addressed to my real name, meaning they got my name off some list and subscribed me to their junk email. They do not have an "unsubscribe" in their email, nor do they want to stop sending you this crap. I responded to the email and asked to be removed. I got an email the next day saying I was removed (see attachment). Then more spam from them kept coming and coming and coming. I wasn't removed from anything because these idiots think "if we just keep bombarding him with our spam, he'll give in and use our product." But don't take it from me. Do a good search on them. Check out their BBB reviews - where they have an F grade. Besides the bad reviews of their service, there are also other people there like me they won't stop harassing with their spam. Remember people, you're giving these scammers your personal info when you use their service. Read the reviews online about them. Is this a company you can trust with your credit card and other info? I have no idea how they got my email or anything yet they won't stop spamming me, despite claiming they would. Why would anyone use this terrible company? I didn't ask to be put on their list, why would they think sending me a bunch of junk emails would get me to use their shyster service? Please be careful with these shysters.

I ordered one large canvas and one small. The arrived in the same box. The large canvas was so obviously broken that I took a photo of it with the FedEx delivery person and uploaded that for Canvas Champ on July 21st. The small canvas was so poorly made that it was warped a good one inch arc from side to the other side (and will not hang flat on the wall). After reporting these defects on July 21st, I made a second set of reports on the defects on July 31st. They read:"This is a follow-up request regarding the panorama that arrived broken. See Ticket # 110821. I have previously reported it, and uploaded photos. My prior request has gone ignored for seven days. This is my final communication before I take next steps."and"This is a follow-up request regarding a canvas that arrived laughably mis-shapen. Ticket # 110822. It had a good one-inch arc form end to end. My prior request has gone ignored for seven days. This is my last attempt to obtain customer service before I take next steps."Now, many weeks later, I have not received any substantive response from CanvasChamp. Not sure what they are champions of, other than delivering defective canvasses to me and then ignoring their purported "guaranties." Never again!

The lowest rating is not low enough! Customer Service for this company is a joke... well really it does not exist so do not waste your time. I received 2 items from my order that were of such poor quality they were destined for trash. Also, the frame I ordered, and that was pictured, was not what I received! I will NEVER order from Canvas Champ again. I will give poor scores on all sites.

I usually don’t post reviews. But this one deserves this review. Very poor quality and customer service is a joke.. Bunch of Jokers and liars.Beware of this website!! Don’t go by their prices and you will get low quality items based on their convenience. Never pay for their shipping which is a disaster..

The company’s 100% Love-it Guarantee is absolutely bogus. If you receive something you do not like they will only tell you about “slight variances” and leave it at that. Go Elsewhere!!!

Just placed my second order. First order was six 36' x 36" canvases. Five arrived with no issue but had some damage from that occurred during shipping I think. I took photos of the damage and they quickly sent a replacement that arrived in perfect condition. Looking forward to get my second order.
