My teen daughter has had her ears pierced twice here and both experiences were fantastic. Last piercing was done by Ms. Carol and she is amazing. Ms. Carol was patient, kind, knowledgeable and I was very comfortable having her piercemy daughter's ears. Highly recommend this store.

Clearly I have not been to a claire's in years but my daughter finally wanted to get her ears pierced. Overall, the experience was great but do think an outside location would better especially if you are like me and don't necessarily like the mall.
