Mad cool place. I’ve been working and living in the Grant park area for 4 years and every time I go to Cloud 9 they always have exactly what I’m looking for. A lot of other smoke shops in the area try to sell you whatever is newest on the shelf, but cloud 9 is like that bartender who hits ya with the perfect drink based off how you are feeling after a long day and what you are looking for. Shoutout Jesiah (sorry brother if I spent it wrong), he remembers the customers names, what they asked for last time, and makes recommendations based off their experiences. Gonna miss them once I move but hopefully they’ll continue to grow! (They used to own the single store space next to them but have grown so much they doubled in size). Hit them up when in Atlanta!

I love this cloud-9 location! The staff is amazing and super helpful! Alex was incredible and helped me overcome my indecisiveness choosing a vape and the flavors they suggested hit the nail on the head! The store’s selection is great! The store is super clean and organized. And the vibes are emasculate.

Omg Corey is beyond helpful. And the freckles guy T or Tom i can’t remember his New York accent was strong but he was in there on his day off and took the time to help me and explain so much to me when he did not have to. You guy are beyond great!!!!
