I had a wonderful experience and an educational lesson by stopping at computer five. I have absolutely no idea how this computer stuff works, but the owner was very patient explaining and breaking things down for me.The pricing was very reasonable. So will I go back there again? Absolutely. Will I refer anyone there, of course. Young and very knowledgeable of his job.

This was the worst service I have ever received. My experience was a disaster. He held my computer for over a month. Than lied on phone about what we discussed. Please get everything in writing. He is very unprofessional. Never followed up with me on the progress of my computer. Computer repair. His famous words is I need more time..I will not recommend anyone to use his service.

I would not recommend them for services or repairs. Went for a laptop repair quote. I was asked to leave my laptop since he couldn't get a hold of his parts vendor. He said he would call me the next day. Never called. I went out of town and never received a call. 5 days later, I call to check. He asks to call me back in 10 minutes. Never called back. So I just decided to go pick up my laptop the next day. The open sign was on, but no one was there. I had to wait over 30 minutes and paid a $25 fee. By the end, I just wanted to be done with this place.If he had just called me and told me that he couldn't get the parts, I wouldn't mind. The total lack of communication was ridiculous, though.Don't bother with this shop.

I don't normally write reviews anywhere, but I went into this store after my MacBook was stolen out off my car, and they helped me get financed for 90 days interest free on a brand new one. They were very professional and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a replacement or help fixing their current one.

I went to apple to fix my computer screen and they told me to recycle it and buy a new one. Went to a computer repair shop in Stone Mountain Ga and they try to charge me a arm and a leg. I call Computer Five and spoke to Gerald and he told me to come in and I did, he call me the next day and told me my Mac Book is ready, to my surprise he fixed it for a reasonable price. You guys should definitely check him out

Not paying attention, I closed my laptop screen with a screw laying on the keyboard!!!! A few days later I had a very important writing assignment due so I sat down to get to work only to discover I had no screen. I googled computer repair, found Gerald, called him and he set me an appointment that day!!! A few hours later I was up and running and a very happy ghostwriter!!!! I truly appreciated his professionalism and his business ethic to be such a young man. He runs his business with pride and I love the great interaction between he and every customer who walks thru the door! Parking can be a bit of a challenge if you're in a large SUV or truck due to the design of the parking lot but this is only during lunch hours. I'd give him 10 stars if possible..... very grateful to him.
