I called on a Saturday at about 1:20 pm for a work related physical. I knew the clinic closes at 3, per their website, so I asked the receptionist (woman with an accent) if they had time to do a physical or could I make an appointment. She told me they do not accept appointments and as long as I arrived before 3, the physical could be done that day.I arrived at about 2:20 pm and was told by a different receptionist that they stopped doing physicals at 2. I live in Hoschton (40 minutes away). I was forced to return the following day where my exam was done with no issues.This poor score is because I wasted my time and fuel on 2 trips to Lawrenceville when this could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail by an employee.

So after some confusion with the procedures that I needed to have performed. Email issue. The nurses were some of the best people I’ve seen. Super sweet and professional. Knowledgeable. All the things you want in a person.

It is only 5 stars but this team needs 20 stars. From the time I signed in to the time I signed out was incredibly impressive. The team went the extra mile to make sure all my needs was met. Professional, respectful and persistent service all the way around. These guys are the best.

I wish I could give zero stars. Awful Awful Awful. I was there for a physical, from 10am- 320pm. They put me in a back room and forgot about me. I had to call the front desk to find out what was going on. Go somewhere else, maybe another location. Thumbs down

Zero,zero. This is the worst place that ever been. I spent more the three hours waiting for a earing test. For a test that only lasts 5 minutes.

I was treated for strep throat. Everyone was very kind and from the front desk admin to the nurse/ technician who checked my vitals. I loved Dr. Andrews was amazing. She’s very knowledgeable, she explained well my condition and the complications I could have because I’m a heart patient. She showed great concern and compassion. She prescribed a very good antibiotic and I’m recovering well. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in desperate need of medical care as I was. Thank you to all the team at Concentra in Lawrenceville GA!

Appointment was for 9:30 AM for a routine physical exam. Arrived 9:15. I already had forms filled out and ready but was asked to fill out more redundant forms digitally. I did not get called in until about 11:45 and was not done until 2PM. I had blood work so had not eaten since before midnight the day before. This is not considerate of patients and is not acceptable.
