I ordered custom covers for stone bench seats and table tops. I followed the measuring instructions precisely and provided photos as requested. The tarps arrived and were simply too small, not covering any of the 6 surface fully. Given it is 10-20 degrees and snowing where I live, I did my best to take photos and videos to ask CoversAndAll to remake my items so they would fit around the surface and could be cinched down during the winter. I showed how they didn’t cover the surfaces and therefore could not be secured down, and continued to slip off despite my trying to secure them with zip ties and bungees. All of this was due to their unclear instructions. I send the size of each surface end to end as they ask for, and the tarps arrived without any lip to wrap and secure them down. The order was over $300.00 from my recollection.
After many email exchanges with me explaining in the videos I submitted what was wrong (and via written explanation), the “resolution” team stated they will not refund or replace any items. My only option is to place another entire order and pay over $300.00 again with larger measurements, which I cannot and will not due for fear they will come out wrong again and I am then out over $600.00.
I feel this customer service is terrible! The company knows how much I spent expecting the product to fit and serve the purpose of covering the items during the winter months. I am not trying to “pull a fast one” or take advantage. This extremely expensive product is not working as they claim it will and I show photos and videos as proof. They’ve offered NO resolution to help and these tarps are essentially garbage for me as they do not fit due to being too small. What a waste of money for me. The company is not offering any help for me despite numerous attempts to explain and how their measuring instructions were misleading for my what I needed.
I would not recommend them to anyone. It seems like many people order from them, and I wish I had a better experience. These tarps did not work and I am beyond frustrated and disappointed that this large company with over 48,000 reviews would not make this right for me. I give them One star for their inadequate customer service and lack of a fair resolution for me.
If you have any doubt about the measuring process, u would go with a different Custom tarp company with better customer service and guarantees to resolve issues. CoversAndAll is a big thumbs down for me at this point in time, unless they make things right by redoing my order with tarps that cover my surfaces.

I'm a first tome Coversandall customer, and ordered a small firepit cover. It arrived with a manufacturing defect (a long piece of black plastic was embedded along the side). I sent pictures and now Coversandall customer service is demanding videos and other documentation. Kerp in mind, it's a $16 ITEM! The level of bureaucracy and number of emails is just unbelievable!
I've now requested a refund, and so far they are refusing.
Do not, for one minute, believe Coversandall promises of 100% satisfaction.

Their customer service is offshore in India. They patronize you constantly and maybe because english is not their first language, they constantly are asking you to approve their mockups which are constantly inaccurate! I have been going back and forth with them 8 or 9 times!! Over 5 weeks!! They’re either inept or unqualified. I keep getting new customer service agents, and like gold fish, I have to start over with the problem every time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COVERS&ALL.

Impressive quality and customer service! I already put 3 orders in the last 2 years. Same good quality, same good service. People well trained and super respectful. I feel like a king. Pricewise it still a little expensive than competitors, but difference is worth! highly recommended!

I have purchased 2 outdoor furniture covers (even had one replaced because of leakage). None of them keep furniture dry as the fabric itself leaks. We need to use plastic tarps under these covers to protect the wood. Don't have this problem with other, higher quality covers. Waste of money!

I paid over $400 for this patio set cover and expected something durable for the price. Unfortunately, it’s made of very thin, lightweight material that doesn’t stay in place. Even with light wind, it gets blown away easily, and the tie-downs are flimsy and poorly designed — they feel like they could snap any time. After just a few uses, the cover already looks worn and cheap. For this cost, I expected heavy-duty quality, but this feels like a budget cover. Would not recommend — look for something sturdier.

Do not recommend!
I ordered 4 custom chair covers from Coversandall.
I recd them and they were mis cut and extremely large for my chairs. Not what I ordered at all.
I notified the company immediately and over the course of 2 weeks, they had me send them videos, photos, measurements etc.
They acknowledged the covers were very large for the furniture but would NOT remake them unless I paid them 50% more money. I absolutely will not pay them more money after they acknowledged that the covers were too big and that the measurements I stated in the original order were indeed correct.
Save yourself the money and aggravation - order elsewhere. This company does NOT stand behind their products or when they make a mistake.

customer service is terrible - they are doing everything possible to escalate my level of dissatissfation with them. they wanted a video and all this other unwarranted, uncessessary, and absurd stuff to warranty my cover they made to the worng dimensions. Cut and paste from their email:
As you've encountered a concern with the product, we kindly request the following details to help us accurately identify and validate any potential error:
1. A video of the cover skirt over the product clearly showing the fitting issue, along with full-size images of the product from different angles.
2. A video of the cover with visible tape measurements for each dimension (measured from seam to seam). Please ensure the cover is flat and without creases so the measurements are clear.
3. An image of the taffeta label stitched inside the cover
Do I need to hire George Lucas?!?

My experience with PatioHQ (and by extension Covers & All, since they processed my charges and I even received emails from their employees) was a complete disaster. It took nine weeks to receive my two orders.
The problems went far beyond delay. Communication was disorganized and unhelpful. In a single email chain, I dealt with at least six different people—none of whom seemed aware of prior conversations. Each promised production dates, shipping timelines, or delivery updates that simply came and went without follow-through. I only received any movement on my orders when I repeatedly pushed for answers myself.
It’s also important for potential buyers to know: though I ordered through PatioHQ, my payments were processed through Covers & All, and communication sometimes came directly from Covers & All staff. That overlap made it even harder to know who was responsible or accountable for my order.
The end result was an exhausting, frustrating process with little trust in either brand. I’ll never again order from either in the future.

I've purchased several covers for patio furniture and two grills from C&A. The cover for my large Blaze grill started coming apart last year. This year it got too torn up to keep my grill clean and dry. Now 5-1/2 years old but with a 7-year warranty, I contacted C&A. They honored the warranty without question. To be sure they were sending me the correct cover, they confirmed the grill model and dimensions several times via email and phone. Very thorough. My grill now looks great - and stays that way. Thanks guys!

Don't make the same mistake I did. Measure your chairs at the BOTTOM and not the seat level. The chair legs may splay out and your covers won't fit properly. Also if you don't want the cover's bottom edge sitting directly on the ground, deduct an inch or two in height. The first set of covers I received seemed to have too much slack across the width and hung off the sides of the chair. On the second go-around I specified exactly what the finished width should be and said not add extra. The second set were perfect. The quality is great for the price.
