Poorly staffed, today was a real nightmare trying to pick up a much needed prescription for an elderly patient. After 2 attempts and several phone calls eventually had to call another Pharmacy and have them transfer it and fill the prescription. This is not my first bad experience with this location. And if CVS goes the way of Rite-Aid I will not shed a tear. Today was the last straw and I will not spend another penny with a CVS store

Had to pick up an embarrassing prescription and when I called to see if it was ready I heard the lady chuckle and say “wow” under her breath. Super unprofessional

I get text reminders to pick up my refills and my doctor gets notified for refills.

If I could put 0 I would. I had the worst experience with this pharmacy. I have never been rude to healthcare providers before as I am one but this was ridiculous. After having a prescription transferred to them for insurance purposes, I called them to verify it had been transferred. They then said they were going on lunch break but would fill it after and have it ready by the evening. I was unable to go pick it up so I went the next day and they had no idea what I was talking about. I ended up having to come inside the pharmacy and spend 35 minutes picking up a prepackaged medication. I don't care if this is the pharmacy on your way home. DO NOT GO HERE.

Awful!! There was more than 10 cars in the drive thru and they literally took more than one hour to help only four of them.

Horrific customer service, long pharmacy wait time and multiple auto refill medications on backorder. Inventory continues to be a repetitive issue. The pharmacy staff is rude, no sense of urgency or going above and beyond to resolve an issue. When inventory is out, they refuse to take the initiative to find another location that has it. Due to insurance, CVS is a mandated vendor. I have moved all refills to another location that seems to be more customer friendly and inventory competent.

This has always been an exceptionally good CVS when it comes to customer service, but this past time Mrs. Susan really stood out as an amazingly helpful associate. She went above and beyond to help us with a picture issue we were having, and I really appreciate it.
