They accept prescriptions without even having the medication in stock. Dumb place to use for prescriptions.

There is a person stealing money to the customers; the cashier an hour after I left the store stole 23 extra bucks from my account because she stole my information. Be careful her name is Jennifer Latin girl.

Today I had the worst customer service at CVS. Ashley who worked behind the counter had such a terrible attitude. She would not assist me with a product and went on to give me a lecture about handing her money in her hand and not putting it on the counter. I did that because I was taking out my ID. I decided to let it go. When I asked her to help me circle a reference number for a MoneyGram receipt she refused and said if I knew where to do it then I should do it myself. Unbelievable.

Those are for "iD"documents applicant and legal use of law authorities approve.I have a difficult time finding information instruction to apply for and have to take at Kodak photo location store CVS. And since then I never heard from the store online. Even though search of Google and Googlet. Pages are something that goes wrong. Or Pages are errors and tries again

Hello. Tasha is a true example of "speed of the leader, speed of the team" as she is amazing and her team at 5710 Sugarloaf PKWY Lawrenceville GA 30046 is well trained and great. From the time walking into the store, someone has a smile and welcomes you to a great checkout experience. Best CVS in GA.

I felt the need to provide feedback about a disturbing interaction I observed between the Store Manager of the CVS on the corner of Duluth Hwy and Sugarloaf Parkway in Lawrenceville on the afternoon of December 15, around 3:00 p.m.While shopping I observed the Store Manager yelling at a delivery driver as he stocked products in a refrigerator at the front of the store. The store manager was yelling about the way he wanted the items stocked. The driver maintained his professionalism as he took the verbal abuse while continuing to do his job. He simply responded, “okay, okay.” The Store Manager continued his tirade of verbal abuse. The driver, frustrated with the disrespect began to advocate for himself. In a low voice he respectfully told the store manager, in so many words, not to speak to him like that. The store manager ignored him and continued to yell as he walked towards the registers oblivious to customers staring at him.I have never witnessed such a hostile and disrespectful interaction in front of customers. It was hard to watch. The Store Manager’s hostility and yelling was so inappropriate and disrespectful. No one should be spoken to like that. This Store Manager clearly needs more leadership training to include developing emotional intelligence, professional communication skills and more. His behavior shows a lack of emotional self-control. It also reflects a poor example of leadership for the rest of the CVS employees who either saw or heard this negative interaction.I'm giving 2 stars because I did find the products I was looking for and the cashier showed good customer service and a pleasant attitude.

The minute clinic is useless. I waited for NOTHING. I told the nurse I was pregnant and had uti and she said I should WAIT. I did the urine test. Waited 30min and was told sorry we don’t treat pregnant woman! WTH! WHY COULDNT THE NURSE HAVE SAID THAT FIRST TIME. Waisted my time when I could’ve gone to urgent care.

I can honestly say, if you're going to CVS for your health find somewhere else to go. I've to wait additional time before I could get my prescriptions filled. I will not recommend CVS to anyone, and I am in the process of moving my prescriptions to any other drug store in the area. The only reason I ever went here, was because my insurance company forced me to do so. Now that I am on Medicare, I can choose any pharmacy I wish and I wish not to use CVS.

Went to minute clinic here. When I gave my preferred pharmacy by my house, I assumed my prescription would be sent there. At the end of my appointment, the NP called my prescription in here. They told me it would be 30-45 min. I came back an hour later and they had not even started. I had to specific I was in the minute clinic before they found my info. I waited another 23 minutes before it was done.
