I have never been so disappointed in customer service. people in the pharmacy department are so rude and disrespectful. I came in with a prescription and in pain . asking to please fill the prescription asap. The pharmacist was rude and said that I have to wait an hour because it is the procedure and they can't do it because takes a lot work besides filling out the prescription. I do believe that as customer I was asking for help not an explanation of their routine. very frustrating and disappointing.. people no longer care..

This location was the worst Cvs location I ever been to. I had to pick up a online order inside, which is totally fine. I go inside and I see 2 employees, 1 with 2 customers and the other on the phone with a customer saying that "no one speak Spanish". So I wait in front of the rep that's on the phone, and stand almost 6 ft away. You know, social distancing. So as I'm waiting patiently, a different customer walk in front of me and ask that same rep that's on the phone, for a key to the bathroom. So the rep whispers "I'll be with you shortly". She then tells the customer on the phone again, "nobody speaks Spanish" and hangs up on that customer. She then grabs the key to the bathroom, and walk the person that cut in front of me to the bathroom. Again, totally fine, it sound like it was a emergency. BUT the kicker is, when she came back to the cash register, she's just looking around, so I giver her a minute but she's not looking my way. So I say, "hello, I have a online order pickup". So she asks my name, I gave it to her, and she grabs my order and put it on the counter. After she put it on the counter, the 2nd rep seem like she was stuck on something, so she asked the rep that was helping me to help her. So the rep that was helping me left my bag on the counter and starts walking to the right side near the photo area. And I'm just waiting. So I had to get her attention again and ask her if I can just grab my bag because I really had to go. So she looks at me with disgust and give me my bag, I told her thank you and to have a good night, she didn't not say a word to me. I'm not the confrontational type, and I always treat people with respect, and I did not get that in return. I am very disappointed in tonight's experience.

The pharmacist customer service is horrible. Dao & Keon are very rude. When you call the pharmacy you have to wait over 20 minutes before speaking with someone. The drive thru line is always long, I have waited for over 30 minutes more than once. The line inside the store is the same as well. I have been a CVS customer for many years with over 10 years at this location & I’m strongly considering changing to another pharmacy.

We get all our monthly rx at this location but when you need last minute Covid vaccine shot they won't help you.. But Walgreens will.. guess who will be filling our RX from now on. Not CVS but Walgreens!!!

Don't schedule a covid test here. A scheduled one a week in advance and took off work for that day. When I arrived their system was down. Was never notified me that it was down.

GARBAGE!!!! They never, ever answer their pharmacy phone. I finally had to call the front store and complained that the pharmacy never answers, the cashier was very nice but you could tell she was extremely exasperated by how INCOMPETENT the pharmacy is. She told me that unfortunately there was nothing she could do and that the pharmacy is their own entity. CVS PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION'S PHARMACY!!!!!!!

I thought the pharmacist had racist to me, an Asian woman. When I went to pick up the medicine on May 10, he was busy with his assistant. I didn't say anything just let him do his job. I waited about 5 minutes. he looked at me and said wait. right after that, there was a big man coming to the counter to drop off waiting for 1 minute, the pharmacist came right away and did the procedure to get his medicine, then said "Hi! How are you", "have a good night". then he went to the waiting pick up counter asking me "How can I help you", I said "I want to pickup", and then he said what is my last name, first name, DOB, my home address and then gave me the medicine. I said "Thank you" but he didn't look to say anything. I am a patient with Lupus, I have been to CVS many times to get medicine but this the first place was a horrible experience when the pharmacist was not nice, I thought he he show me he racist to me.

I walked into this location to have three prescriptions filled. The inventory on the pharmacy's checkout stand looked a mess, but I was greeted immediately and that's the only reason I'm giving this location two stars. A staff member walked over to the drop off windows, took my prescriptions in hand and stated, "Can you come back an in hr?" I asked if she could price the prescriptions for me before I walked out and communicated I needed to be sure I could afford them before simply leaving my prescriptions with her. Her response was, "I can't." I'm annoyed but I say, "Ok. Well is it possible for you to check my profile so I can make sure you have my insurance information?" Her response: "I can't. There are other prescriptions that need to be filled." My response: "Gimme my papers back because you're not helping me," and I left. If you need even the most basic, borderline, mediocre consultation for your prescription needs/consumption, you will not get it here. Believe me when I say I understand every sector of healthcare is extremely busy right now, and I appreciate all our healthcare staff. Yet the disregard of customer needs I experienced today was horrific.

The drive-Thru at this place is impossible, almost two hours in a line to pick up my baby's medicine.... If you want to use this pharmacy, it is better your car has enough gas... Also, if you really need urgent the medicine, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY'S DRIVE- THRU you will be wasting your time. Plus.... They don't do their job, They make fun of you and your time, they do not care how many times they make you go to the pharmacy, they always have an excuse not to give you medicine and make you go back and wait two hours or more, again and again ....
