Dr. Le is excellent, awesome, and fantastic!!
How did we get so lucky to have her for a pharmacist!!
If we were rich, we'd give Dr. Le a $100.00 tip for our vaccines!!!

Don’t go to this CVS after the pharmacy closes. There’s only one person on staff, and it shows. When I went, there were several customers waiting in line, and the self-checkout was down. Instead of helping everyone, the employee assisted just one person, then disappeared into the office.
When he finally returned, he started punching codes into the self-checkout terminal—still ignoring the rest of us. No apology, no acknowledgment, like we didn’t even exist. We waited over 20 minutes with zero communication.
I got so frustrated with the lack of customer service, I left and went to Walgreens up the road. There, I was greeted when I walked in, acknowledged at the register, and actually found what I needed because the shelves were stocked.
As someone who worked retail for years, I can say this CVS is a poor reflection of the brand and tarnishes its reputation. Do better.

I stopped at CVS during a heavy rain to grab an umbrella, but left completely frustrated. The umbrella had no barcode, so I pushed the help button at self-checkout only to wait nearly 5 minutes with no one in sight. I finally called out, and someone from the back yelled, “What do you need?” When the employee, Armani, finally came out, he didn’t seem interested in helping. I explained the issue and his response was, “Well, I can’t help you with that.” No effort to solve the problem, no apology, just indifference. Meanwhile, other customers were lining up behind me. I walked out without the umbrella, soaking wet and disappointed by the poor customer service. Do better, CVS.

The pharmacy Manager Alan Troung is very rude. Cvs made a mistake when transferring a prescription for generic when we requested brand ( I told several of the techs that she needed brand as she has adr from the generic) and would not reverse the insurance claim causing us to have to pay out of pocket after we transferred it out. It’s one thing to not be able to do it but he was very rude despite my calm tone. As a manager, you should try your best to help the customer especially when it was your fault.

Don’t go there. Don’t waste your time. There was nothing available, everything I asked the lady she said out of order.

Please avoid both the pharmacist(both are Asian). They have attitude to customers, rude ,impolite. Doesn't know what they are doing. They made me to pay 150 when the insurance was covering fully. They told its a deductible and didn't even file for insurance claim. The technician lady thinks all the medications are from her home and giving free. Please avoid this location at any cost.

I have spoken to management at this particular store about this issue once before. My issue is that when you enter the store, no one greets you and in my experiences no one is even up front. On two separate occasions I had to knock on the door of the office to get anyone to help or acknowledge me. On both occasions I was met with staff that seemed to be annoyed that I needed help. There was no apology for no one being available and I felt like I was bothering them. The first time is happened, an Indian woman came out of the office and was very annoyed. I needed help at self checkout and also had an order to pick up. I told her I needed help with self checkout and her response was “what’s the matter, you don’t know how to use it?” as she rolled her eyes. My daughter and I had been waiting for assistance for awhile at this point. I was hoping that someone would see us on the camera, but no one came, so I had to knock. I was told that she is a manager, which is disappointing. My interaction with her was so negative, I actually forgot about my online order.
Yesterday, the same thing happened. I was there to pick up an online order and no one was up front. There isn’t a bell or any way to call for help. I had to knock on the office door again. A gentlemen came out and I asked him how do customers get help or signal for help when no one is out front. He simply stated “oh she must be in the bathroom.” I had already noticed my order behind the counter and simply needed someone to get it for me. It’s not a good feeling to spend money and be treated poorly or as if you’re a nuisance. For now, I’m going to shop elsewhere. There should always be someone to greet customers and also to assist if needed. There is a large elderly population in this area and my concern is mainly for them. Self-checkout is new to them and honestly it should be an OPTION and not the only way to checkout. If management treats customers badly, so will the staff.

I hate the location. Meds never in stock, they lie about when it will be ready, some people they fill on the spot, others they make come back for pickup. They have me wrong meds and would not refund me. They are a rip off.

They NEVER have my meds in stock. Ms. Mei I believe it is, takes pleasure in accosting her customers with unsolicited DANGEROUS medical advice to stop taking the medication my doctor prescribed. And every time I call up there to check on my prescription she always gets the field dates wrong so I have to call back and talk to someone else and sure enough, Ms. Mei struck again with her brilliance and supreme intellect. She usually works drive thru. BE AWARE.
