Won’t shop here again. The woman with brown and blonde dreadlocks has no customer service skills whatsoever. Came and snatched a loose bag at the self checkout and didn’t say anything. Was at the 75% off summer sale when I left and couldn’t even say have a good night? Awful customer service and I think she’s the manager too.

The NO CARE team never answers the phone. You're told by AI to leave a message, yet no one returns the call. The cashier in the pharmacy handles the cash register and also process medication. How is that sanitary.
CVS is the worst pharmacy, therefore I'll be switching to another pharmacy soon

Came to pick up my daughter’s prescription and the associate said that it was not on refill so I needed to come back. I returned the next day after receiving a notification that it was ready and none of the associates could find the prescription. I had to wait an additional ten minutes while they searched and finally remade the order. They had prescriptions everywhere. It was so unorganized.

The worst CVS pharmacy by far; staff members are rude and lack customer service skills. With so many pharmacy options available, this shouldn't happen. Staff members think they are doing customers a favor by providing the service they are getting paid for. Talking my business elsewhere.

The store itself is not bad, but pharmacy departments are horrible and very rude. Lack of customer service and effectiveness. Very disappointing especially when handling prescriptions.

Not sure why this CVS has any good reviews at all.
They take forever to fill prescriptions and you're guaranteed to spend at least 45mins in the drive thru.

They close early. Doors locked 5-10 minutes before closing time, even for pickup orders, ATM.

They need more workers in the pharmacy. I have waited 45 min in the drive thru. I called in a script at 9am and it wasn’t ready until 7 at night

Joseph the manager is rude, unprofessional and becomes confrontational if he does not like what you asking or saying to him when needing help in the store.
