Drive thru line has gotten out of hand. I had to wait 40 minutes to pick up one prescription. This has now been on several occasions. And it’s seems like lately management changed or something but at least acknowledge us when we arrive to the window and not just stare off like you don’t see us. Communication is key!

I’ve picked up prescriptions from here 3 times in the drive thru and each time I’ve had to wait at least 30 Minutes in line to get to the window. One time I waited 40 minutes. This doesn’t happen at other CVS locations I’ve been to.. not sure what’s going on here. The exterior looks run down as well.

The absolute customer service from Patrice! She went above and beyond to make sure I received my medication!! It is so busy and I know they are understaffed but her professionalism and hardwork really was so helpful.. I am grateful to receive my medicine.

CVS is CVS. You go in here knowing what you want.Maybe you will find what you want.Maybe you won't.Maybe you will find something on sale you didn't expect.Maybe the registers will have staff.Maybe all the registers will be broken and the line will be down the isles.Maybe the self checkout is broken or not accepting card/cash.Maybe the cashier will be rude Maybe the cashier will be nice.Maybe it will be their first day and they will have no support and they will be completely confused and turn a two minute check out into a half hour checkout.Maybe the pharmacy will be closed inside during a time when it says it will be open.Maybe they will call and say your meds are ready but when you get there they are not ready.Maybe someone will greet you when you walk in but..Most likely they wontSo many maybes.. roll the dice and come to CVS.

I wish I can have option for zero star pharmacy people is laughing at customers they make fun of honest customers not help at all horrible experience one of the lady DULCE I was asking about the vitemen price the tag said buy one get one free when I asked her she said I can’t change the price whatever system then I said on the counter itysaid buy one get one free she was mad and I want to pick up my husband Madison she said confirm the name that name was not my name or my husband name I said this is not right name how I can confirm she said you confirm I will fixed it and I did because she forse me to do it then I took my Madison with somebody else name and I go to the front counter I want to buy vitamins she already told me the price I want just pay on front when I go to the front i scan my cvs card my card was not match because she use somebody else name and I think card too then cashier call the manager they all pharmacy member was loud laughing again because they thin I bother them I will request to cvs management take the action and correct your people we are your customer . CVS Cruse road at Bethesda school road I will request to the management find out why they behave live that .and talk with Dulce and on duty manager too please

They seem to be short o f staff in the pharmacy.I do get my prescriptions filled and I get calls and text from them. Tha front people always nice and helpful

I just want to commend and thank Gina for helping me on the 9th of November after seeing my cut off finger tip that day. I needed to get some essentials to keep from getting infected. She help me pick out the right chemicals, gauze, iodine and wrap. She went beyond that and put on her plastic gloves -sanitized my finger, wrapped it while sharing her own experiences and her upcoming medical procedure. Followed by advice on how to move forward with it. I just want to say thank you Gina! Your gentle and mom touch is much appreciated. God bless you.Her co-worker America was not far behind showing her concerns for me and advising me to take care of myself. Thank you ladies.

Mine was long for nothing when there is a self checkout kiosk apparently no one wants to use I actually needed the attendant at the register because I was making a PayPal deposit everyone else could have gone to the kiosk saving me time on the line

I have never been so disappointed in customer service. people in the pharmacy department are so rude and disrespectful. I came in with a prescription and in pain . asking to please fill the prescription asap. The pharmacist was rude and said that I have to wait an hour because it is the procedure and they can't do it because takes a lot work besides filling out the prescription. I do believe that as customer I was asking for help not an explanation of their routine. very frustrating and disappointing.. people no longer care..

I love coming to this store, everyone is so sweet and nice, Miss America and Arleth has the best service, super sweet and helpful all of them, this is my favorite CVS to come shop because of them!! Thank you America and Arleth for making my visit smooth and answering all my questions

Over 30+ yrs of being a current customer at this CVS never had I experienced or encountered such a RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AGGRESSIVE AND RACIST "store manager". That's what she called her self! This lady "Farhan" or whom ever TH she is...on 3/21/23@ 8pm had the odosity to click on my payment options as I checked out and was paying. Not answering my questions as of the discounts I was being offered. Discriminating spanish speakers bc I said something in Spanish! She ran me out the store, comforting me, cursing and calling me all types of names... wich by the way I repeated back to her DBA! Luckily my kids where w me, she's older than me, and that's why I didn't whoop her ____.I really hope this gets the attention required, this is a neighborhood CVS and this is not a job for Farhan as a manger!. Very disappointed on your staff's/ management quality and professionalism.

This location was the worst Cvs location I ever been to. I had to pick up a online order inside, which is totally fine. I go inside and I see 2 employees, 1 with 2 customers and the other on the phone with a customer saying that "no one speak Spanish". So I wait in front of the rep that's on the phone, and stand almost 6 ft away. You know, social distancing. So as I'm waiting patiently, a different customer walk in front of me and ask that same rep that's on the phone, for a key to the bathroom. So the rep whispers "I'll be with you shortly". She then tells the customer on the phone again, "nobody speaks Spanish" and hangs up on that customer. She then grabs the key to the bathroom, and walk the person that cut in front of me to the bathroom. Again, totally fine, it sound like it was a emergency. BUT the kicker is, when she came back to the cash register, she's just looking around, so I giver her a minute but she's not looking my way. So I say, "hello, I have a online order pickup". So she asks my name, I gave it to her, and she grabs my order and put it on the counter. After she put it on the counter, the 2nd rep seem like she was stuck on something, so she asked the rep that was helping me to help her. So the rep that was helping me left my bag on the counter and starts walking to the right side near the photo area. And I'm just waiting. So I had to get her attention again and ask her if I can just grab my bag because I really had to go. So she looks at me with disgust and give me my bag, I told her thank you and to have a good night, she didn't not say a word to me. I'm not the confrontational type, and I always treat people with respect, and I did not get that in return. I am very disappointed in tonight's experience.

America was very nice and informative when signing me up for the CVS card and the Extracare! She informed me of the $10 discount and saved me money :)

I'm not sure what is going on with this location but I've tried for two days to get someone to answer the phone! We are in a technology age so why is it so hard to get information??? I guess I'll have to drive over there, I will be changing my pharmacy!
