Poor customer service provided by female pharmacist today, 2/9/2024, 6:30pm.There is no need to take out things on customers who politely request to fix a medication error done by your pharmacy. Please do better next time, there will always be rush hours, you must adapt and provide good customer service with no hostility. Needless to say, I will not return to this CVS location.

This is a very racist store, every time I come here there seems to be a problem, of all people now the so called pharmacists names ari or avi a little Indian girl who came off really rude, I was given an appointment online to get vaccinated she was horrible didn’t even try to assist telling me it’s my fault I tried to explain she then began to tell me it’s corporate problem, not a nice place very dark and dirty I’ll advise anyone to go somewhere else, Walgreens is much friendlier, if you can’t respect people you don’t deserve their hard earned money

I like to open ceilings at this pharmacy less claustrophobic. Very positive. Thanks to say about the pharmacist that was filling in. She was there all day long and gave vaccines. She had to pull away a lot.

The person in the front of the general store area is always nice and helpful. Pharmacy....not so much. I understand you always have a lot of prescriptions to do but gwinnett and lawrenceville/buford drive are a crowded area, so if you choose to work at a pharmacy there, it's going to be non stop busy. Most employees there seem like they want you to know they are annoyed you need medicine from them. Kinda weird.

Completely unorganized. Employee did not know what he was doing. Super slow (I was just picking up a 1 item order). No customer service.I understand why this cvs is rated the worst in town.

The pharmacy obviously lacks basic customer service skills. If you ask one simple question you will be looked at as if you’re bothering them. Not welcoming at all. Horrible.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This pharmacy is a joke. They don’t answer the phones. I took a COVID test yesterday, after waiting in line for 30 mins. She told me I’ll know my results in 45 minutes.. it’s been over 24 hours now. I check online and it still says pending. I paid $70 for a rapid test. I should’ve known the results after 2 hours like it says.

I am so sorry, but this pharmacy is not the one anyone should go to. They have very bad customer service, they don’t listen or want to help. I went to get a covid test done and it has been a horrible experience. I just needed a test done to go back to work and I wasn’t able to get that done??. I am extremely disappointed. Do not got there! Go to another clinic.

Diana is rude for no reason at all. She obviously hates her job and it shows. She acts like you are bothering her by asking simple questions. I had to deal with her attitude in person and I also got hung up on the following day. I’ve never read reviews from this pharmacy before but you would think after so many bad reviews changes would have been done. Diana please do society a favor and find a new job caring for animals because that’s obviously how you treat the public. Save your stress and go somewhere else.

Horrible pharmacy. Regardless if you tell them you only want a 30 day supply, it always manages to get changed to a 90 day supply. Then they tell me the computer automatically does that and I'll need to call everytime I need a refill so they can go in and change it? NO! The only thing that should be in the computer EVER is the quantity the customer told them they wanted, and it only ever changes if the customer tells them to change it. This has been an ongoing problem for years. I have switched pharmacies and am done entirely with CVS.

Pharmacy service person was very rude. The 2 ladies were kind. I will definitely never get a script filled here again. He didn't ask what insurance I had and just assumed. Then told me they didn't take my insurance when I knew they did. Showed him my info. Continued to be rude. They were fast filling the script they sent back tho.
