I recently visited this Dollar Tree location to return 10 items, and the moment I placed them on the counter, the cashier Todd immediately told me he “couldn’t return more than $50 worth of items.” I calmly explained that I only had 10 items, which is clearly under that limit.
Two of the products still had their bottom stickers, but the top stickers were missing exactly how they were when I purchased them. Todd refused to return them and suggested I had used the items, which was already insulting and uncalled for.
Trying to keep the situation calm, I asked if he was having a bad day and simply mentioned that customer service isn’t for everyone. At that point, the situation escalated in a very inappropriate way. Todd claimed he had “three psych degrees,” then proceeded to call me a narcissist, point in my face, and speak to me in an extremely aggressive and hostile tone, all while a line of customers stood there watching.
He continued calling me names and behaving unprofessionally. I was honestly shocked I had to laugh and smile just to keep from crying because of how disrespectful and unnecessary his behavior was.
This experience was completely unacceptable, and I want to make it clear that I am not taking this lightly. I will be alerting the appropriate authorities and filing a formal complaint regarding this incident. No customer should ever be treated this way.

If you change your hours, why not let customers know as well. Google maps says you open at 8am on Sundays but the posted store hours show 9am. This is a clear example of a store lacking courtesy to the public.

I stopped by Dollar Tree to pick up some laundry detergents and dishwashing soaps. The store was clean, organized, and it was easy to find what I needed without any hassle. Prices were, of course, very budget-friendly. The only downside was the checkout , there was only one cashier open, which led to a long wait in line. Overall, a good shopping experience but would be even better with faster checkout service.

So the night worker just closed the door in my face at 9:57...i literally had one thing to get for my mothers bday brunch tomorrow...ran here for him to lock the door 3min early. Then he picks up the phone only to hang up in my face. I was just going to leave the manager a msg but of course they dont have one. The lines are always long so i come closer to close so i can evade the 285 traffic inside. The last time i was here half of items marked 1.25 rang up for $2 BUYER BE AWARE NOTHING IN HERE IS ONE DOLLAR...LOL.

Staff has always been friendly. Although the store isn't as messy as other Dollar Tree locations, the store could be more organized and clean.

Prices are more then marked when you check out and if you will point it out they will simply say prices have gone up and we cant modify the price even tho the price tag says otherwise.

It is an absolutely NOT for me! I understand that I am in a diverse area, but for the manager to not to speak english to address my concern is a horse of a different color! The price of the items have changed in the system from $1.25 to $1.50 but the items still have $1.25 written all over them and decided not to honor the $1.25 price. This is not good customer service.
