Presentation was amazing, I got the mom’s chocolate covered strawberries platter and the fruit was fresh and juicy. Definitely will be getting this again

Ordered an arrangement for a birthday and the fruit was old and slimy. I called and they were very nice and said bring it back so they can exchange it. I got my son to pick it up. When he brought back the new one it was worse than the first one. At this point I didn’t call back I just took it as a loss. This was my first time ordering and it will be my last I was very disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

My mom received her arrangement this afternoon, the fruit was not fresh. The pineapple was old and soggy. As she was putting away the fruit lettuce was dirty.

I love the service in this edible arrangement store! One of my favorite workers there is Kathy. I love how she knows what I need and gets it done on time. The other workers here are amazing as well I have met the manager here they were also amazing I would recommend coming to this store if you’re around.

My wife and I celebrated our 15th year anniversary May 4. I decided to purchase a flower and chocolate package from edible arrangements located on Sugarloaf Parkway. The flowers I chose based on the advertisement was nothing in comparison to what was delivered to my wife. Matter of fact the flowers from edible arrangements looked fairly similar to something I could've purchased from Walmart or Kroger's. After contacting management from edible arrangements, I was informed she has no control over the flowers that my wife receive because that is what was sent from corporate. I was highly disappointed and request a refund for the flowers that was delivered and will not purchase from edible arrangement in the future. Luckily I was able to stumble across Legacy Floral and Gifts located on Highway 29 in Lawrenceville and met Ms. Kathy who was highly attentive and professional. My wife was pleased with the presentation and the smell of the flowers. If you are looking for quality service from a local florist, look no further. Legacy Floral is that place.

The manager here is the absolute best!!! I called her in a panic because I was stuck in traffic and could not make it in time to pick up my anniversary arrangement. She was so kind and understanding. The best thing she said was “ slow down, no rushing” she put my mind at ease and probably saved me from wrecking my car. Lol!! When I finally got to the store she was there to greet me with even more love and congratulations. Her customer service made my anniversary surprise a success! Thank you so much!!!!

Originally, I thought this location (where I ordered Valentine’s arrangements four my office in Miami and a friend in Asheboro, NC) played a part in my friend in Asheboro not receiving her fruit arrangement. However, I was wrong. This location did EVERYTHING correctly. It was the location in Greensboro, NC that totally ruined Valentines. This location in Lawrenceville is fantastic. Just don’t send anything to North Carolina.

Seldom, it seems these days, that a perfect experience happens or even more so goes by without recognition. I simply could not this day end without sharing the details such an event with Edible Arrangements on Sugarloaf.and extending my sincerest appreciation.After learning of the sudden passing of a very new neighbor who had moved into our neighborhood just a few weeks ago, our HOA approved the purchase of an Edible Arrangement for the family. What I didn’t expect was communication that was on par with the best in class concierge nor did I expect confirmation on delivery from click at less than one hour and thirty minutes.When you consider the circumstances of the day, the team at Edible Arrangements went above and beyond to make sure that a new neighbor in a new home knew that her new neighbors (many of which they don’t even know) care for them in their darkest hour.You, EA team, made that possible and I am forever grateful.

Placed my order late Wednesday afternoon for 10:30am pick on Thursday I was promise a 10:30 sharp pick up, wasn’t ready until 10:48am. That is not the issue, the problem was I ordered a thank you arrangement from the website the arrangement was in a thank you container. I called a place the order, gave the code for my arrangement, when my order was establish they understood which arrangement I was ordering.Get to the place the next day, they had a balloon attached to the arrangement saying they did not have that container. UNACCEPTABLE! If the person who took my order had been upfront I would’ve picked something else.
