I have used Classic Collision twice now. Apparently my truck attracts idiots. Once the person ran a red-light and hit my front end. The 2nd time someone ran their vehicle down the side of it while it was parked. Anyways Laser and his guys did absolute beautiful work. You can't even tell it's been re painted. A lot of places you can see how it's been sprayed. Not these guys. They're top notch , professional , and they tell the truth !!! Absolutely great place to have your vehicle taken care of ! Heather is very nice and courteous. Their whole team is very professional !!! Thanks again guys !

This place deserves no stars but it making me put one, but The manager who's name is Mark is extremely rude and disrespectful. I called up there to speak with and him and because he didn't like what I said he hangs up on me . I would definitely NOT recommend this location for anything .

This review is meant for the management of classic to read, I went in on October 3rd to get an estimate and ladder was the person assigned to me. This guy lacks every possible quality a person could have in a customer service role. Very unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. I left Lawrenceville and went to classic auburn and it was completely different experience. Laser needs lots of trainings in customer interaction and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

Irresponsible handling of funds/Lack of communicationI got my car back sometime in the fall of 2022, and in spring this year I got a call in the morning on a random Thursday, (months after I picked up my car) claiming that classic collision had not received the correct amount of money for repairs. My insurance had awarded a check, and at the time of pick-up, classic collision neglected to ask for the remaining sum and just told me to grab my keys off the counter saying I was "good to go."They called to collect the remaining amount by the end of *THAT DAY* (A RANDOM THURSDAY) otherwise my balance would be sent to collections. My problem is not that they called to collect the misplaced funds, but that they threatened me with sending the amount to collections because of an error on their part. Imagine if I had not picked up the call that morning! I didn’t even receive an email notice.This is irresponsible and unprofessional. I should not have been rushed in that way over an error that could have been avoided completely had the staff been on top of it on the day of pick up.The work they did on the car was great. It took forever though and I had to call repeatedly to get status updates on my car. Without this hassle I would have been alright with the service.

I had a fantastic experience with Donnie owner/manager of this location. He had my car in and out of his shop like he promised me the day I brought it in! I had a bumper dent and he made it come out just like new like it came from the dealership. Very satisfied and most definitely will recommend him to people I know!Services: Painting

After 4 weeks waiting I called then to check if the car (Toyota rav4 2008) was ready finally they said that I could pick it up, i went to pick it up and made my payment and when Im going to drive my car my surprise is that the car is totally unaligned and the turn left light wasn’t working. I think they didn’t even drive my car to see if the car was in the good conditions to deliver, you should improve your protocols. How can be possible that you give back a car in that condition.
