My nephew made reservations with this location and arrived on time to pick up the rental and was told that a gas bill was not a utility bill,we left the location and called several different locations and was told that a gas bill was acceptable.We return to the location and explained that we called several locations and they said we could used the gas bill as a bill, the associate then says he called his manager and the manager said it wasn't acceptable,then says oh ok if it's accepted I can rent it but the problem is we don't have any more cars available.Wow thanks a lot for ruining our vacation plans. This is unacceptable.He was rude and unapologetic.If I could give this location a 0 rating I would have.

The manager Matt goes above and beyond to accommodate his customer's this location on senic hwy is my go to location. Thanks guys. Dec 16th I had to visit my favorite enterprise. This young staff works as a team all willing to make sure my experience is a good one everyone very personable and professional.thanks again go team

Our experience with this location was so smooth we don't want to use anyone else but Enterprise for any future rentals. We could not be more impressed with the customer service and friendliness at this location. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Getting it right the second time.My last rental with Enterprise on Scenic Hgwy was not a good experience. I voiced my concerns and received a direct call from Matt (former branch manger) next day. He apologized for my experience and offered me a free upgrade on my next rental & 1 day comp. Recently, I made a new reservation and was pleasantly surprised at how Enterprise accommodated me! Will the current branch manager exceeded my expectations!! Much better customer service all around. Keep up the good service! It is well received. Thank you.

This team was friendly and professional.However, I would not recommend this if you plan to make a quick pickup. It took more than an hour for my pickup to be completed despite scheduling an appointment.Appointments seem to be the norm these days. There should be some benefit to scheduling an appointment. There were some walk-ins who I felt received similar, if not faster wait times.I wouldn't recommend this location if you were looking to complete a pickup in less than an hour.

This place is a Joe they denied my reservation to my insurance company when I asked them to call another location they told me they wouldn't help me. Did you have to use Enterprise go to the one on Ponce

If I could give no stars; I would. This location needs to close down permanently. I was in an automobile accident and needed a rental car. They will give you faulty vehicles and they will only switch out cars for three swaps. Why would you rent out faulty vehicle that has not been serviced? Cars are old abs dirty. I would suggest you go to another location. This one is the absolute worst!

I had to rent a car for a hit and run. I was told I was getting a compact instead I was given a economy class. I called my insurance company and they said I should be able to get the compact. I called the support number Enterprise they said someone would call me back that day. They didn't. I called the location and told them that I need to swap cars. They said they the insurance coverage is the compact. I said want to the bigger one. They be there Monday, I show up the guy in the office says that the only have the sub compact (that I have) or a full size. He said the full size is $3 more I said fine. I go out to do the walk around then they tell me it's 5 more a day. Seems like a bait and switch to me. The window is dirty, looks cloudy.I will not use this location again.

I have been an Enterprise users for many years in business. I was so pleased with the service that I use it for personal business also. They are easy to work with and nearby. I like the option that they can pick you up. It helps in a pinch.

I was already in a rental and needed to change out my debit card for a credit card. Went inside the branch, at max, it was only me and another guy at the desk. The lady behind the counter wore glasses and had braids. I walked up to her and handed her my credit to add to the charge for my rental. Then another young lady came from the back and confirmed, I spoke to her. As we confirm, what I was there for. She asked me, what was the last 4 digits of my card to pull up my file. I gave it to her, she proceed to say my credit card was declined. I was confused, so I called my credit company to see what was going on. In the middle of my call, she tells me it went through. I said okay thank mam for your help, but I don't see a charge on my credit card. She goes oh my fault I charged your debit. Side note, not only did I tell her what I was there for, her coworker told her and she still double-charged the wrong card. She apologize, which was okay because everyone makes mistakes. She then basically takes it back and blames being distracted, like there was a line or she was dealing with one or more customers. NO ACCOUNTABILITY, she then proceeds to tell another false lie and stated the funds will return in 48 hours at max. She will make sure the enterprise contacts me. That was a lie, no contact, and no money posted in my account. She never called, I called to talk to a whole different person which tells me 3 to 5 business days. Which leads to one of the worst fraud departments at a bank Woodforest bank. To make the executive decision to close down the card, because of suspicious activity. Not contact. the customer voluntary close. Now I'm out of town, with no reliable bank, and not a bright customer service help to rent. I would never rent a car ever from enterprise Lawrenceville if they have people lying after they make not one mistake, but 2 mistakes. That is playing with someone's money. I don't respect places or people that do that. Enterprise never reaches out, they have done anything about the situation. I get handicapped, while out of town because of 2 companies. Thank you

I have rented with Enterprise numerous times and through this location a few times. They have always been very customer focused here and everyone has been extremly nice. Had one small issue my last time that they worked out in a timely fashion and went over the top to make sure I was taken care of.

I arrived at Enterprise at 9:05 AM. My rental time was at 8:00 AM. They did not have any mid-sized vehicles, but stated they had a few coming from the shop and to give them some time. I left and ran an errand, returning at 10:20-ish. The manager stated they had gotten another vehicle (small SUV) that he would trade out for me. I waited for an additional 45 minutes for them to tell me that that vehicle had no gas and they upgraded me for free to a mid-sized SUV. This completely through me off schedule and delayed me getting on the road. Everything seemed good after getting the car; however, I realized (after leaving a lot of personal information and belongings in the vehicle that the key fob lock/unlock did not work. Also the windshield wipers were horrible during a thunderstorm.

They never answer the phone. Called 5 times on different dates and waited 15-45 min but never got to talk to anyone. I was so frustrated so called different branches to resolve my issues; they all answered the phone within 5 minutes but kept transferring my call to this branch saying that I have to talk to this branch since I rented the car from them. One time, this branch asked me to call before coming to swap out cars so called to let them know what time I would be there but they just let the phone ring for 30+ minutes. When I walked in still having my phone calling this branch, they said they were too busy to answer my call but there were only one customer with 3 employees.
