Enterprise has certainly raised their customer service experience but they need to address the quality of vehicles and the cleanliness (smoke smell). A simple spray of freshener, to get you out the door, isn't sufficient for those that are sensitive to smoke. There are other rental companies that seemingly have done a better job of figuring this out.

The Enterprise on Hurricane Shoals Lawrenceville was excellent. Wonderful staff. William did a great job of getting us in and out quickly. My experience at some of the other locations have been horrible. Was not going to use Enterprise again but needed a car quickly and was pleased that William understood that you want a car you will be comfortable with and will meet your needs for your trip. Unlike some locations. Thank you again William Schmieder for being the best!

I have been renting from enterprise for a number of years. I went to this location on 10/4 and picked up my car, starterd ok but i had to return on that Monday because of a problem.The lady that spoke to me was very rude she even went as far as telling me I can take it to get fixed. She has no customer service training. I escalated the issue to coorporate and received a call from Will Schmieder who took over my case, gave me another car. That car had issues too so I had to return but Will handled my issue in a professional manner. He apologized and he listened because he knew I was inconvenienced. Thank you Will you are the reason I gave a five. You get a A+ for me and Enterprise i lucky to have you lead that team and this branch on Hurricane Shoals.

I do not recommend using Enterprise especially this location. I made a reservation online for a vehicle. I also spoke with employee and confirmed the reservation. When I got to the location (15 minutes early) they had already gave my vehicle away and didn't have any other available vehicles. When I spoke to another employee they didn't even apologize just said it's the busy season and I have to deal with it. Please save your time and money

The staff is always cordial and customer focused, their fleet is very well equipped, and their prices are generally equal to if not below the average of their competitors. I thank you for being a great customer service provider!
