Showed up at 7:15am to pick up cargo van rental that had been confirmed with them the day before. AFTER I get in the vehicle, they said "oh, sorry, your truck has been recalled," we JUST found out (that morning). Offered me a box truck instead and after waiting another 30 minutes, I'm then told, "Sorry, we don't have one of those either that we can rent." Said they'd get one brought over from another location expecting me to wait who knows how much longer.I will never ever rent there again. How can a truck get "recalled" at the time of the rental and no one in the company was aware of it beforehand?Rent from this company at your own risk and I would not bank on the vehicle even being there when you go to pick it up, as they failed twice in the same morning on two different vehicles that they had committed to me. This showed a lack of concern for their customers, lack of planning, lack of preparation, and lack of everything you should expect in a vehicle rental company.I had rented there twice before without issues, but this was completely unacceptable and being told there was a "recall" that they did not know about until I was ready to drive out is truly embarrassing. I had to get picked up by an employee and go find a cargo van at uhaul, delaying my trip by multiple hours.

It's 10:49 AM. I have been sitting here for over an hour to retrieve a box truck that I already had an existing reservation on. Bo (his nickname), the team member that helped me, stated he will be out with the vehicle momentarily. 20 minutes go by; I'm wondering what happened. At this point, he's helping other customers and hasn't updated me on anything. He comes back and I give him the “look” like where is my vehicle. He finally states: “The vehicle is being serviced.” I asked why it's taking so long to service and what's wrong. He couldn't give me an explanation as to why. My problem is that there is NO communication whatsoever nor any consideration for MY TIME. He didn't tell me anything until he saw I was dissatisfied. This location is unprofessional. I would NOT recommend.

I live a distance away and have been trying to call the Lawrenceville Enterprise Truck Rental location every day for over 3 weeks now - and the phone doesn’t even ring to get an answer or to leave a voicemail message - which leads me to believe they are just leaving their phone off the hook.If I can’t even get them to answer the phone - I surely will not be doing any business with them.

Had a very pleasant experience mainly due to the two very friendly and outgoing girls at the front desk. I was practically in and out in less than 15 min with a smile. If only all businesses could have their kind of energy people would be in a lot better moods. The truck was clean and ran like a dream towing my new boat.

I have rented from this location several times before. ETR has such a huge selection of vehicles to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staff. The manager Ellen G is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this place for all your truck rental needs.

My suggestion is that no one do business with this company. This store in particular seems to practice the "bait and switch" business model. Reservation for a pickup truck made a week in advance. The evening before scheduled pick up, I received a phone call informing me we would need a major credit card. I have a debit card with m/c logo but was told I could not use it. I called customer service and was told I could use debit card with a current utility bill and pay stub. The utilities are in my husbands name so we called the store the next morning to change the name on reservation at which point we were told again that we could not use a debit card. My husbands boss said we could use a company card. When we arrived I asked if we could put the credit card on file and pay with debit since we didn't want to charge on company card if we didn't have to. We were told we could do that. Then we found out the amount due at the counter was almost twice the amount stated in our confirmation email! More running around trying to make sure we had enough in the account but we did it. The agent showed us around the truck, had my husband initial the contract on the Ipad then came time to pay. He refused to take the debit card and there wasn't enough on credit card to pay the inflated price. So my husband calls a family member to see if they can meet us and help with a credit card. While on the phone another couple pulls into the parking lot, is shown around the same truck we were just shown and LEAVES IN IT! It was already too late to get anyone to meet us before the store closed so we asked if we could push the reservation up to the next morning. We were told they would have nothing available till after the weekend! So I called Uhaul and reserved a pickup to get the next morning and had a pleasant (but slightly cramped) trip without Enterprise. I will never call them for a rental again and highly suggest no one else do so either. Their website and confirmation emails need to be restructured to make all charges and requirements blatantly obvious to the customer. Even the agent at the store said you would have to dig through the website to find all the pertinent pricing information. Enterprise, your store on Hurricane Shoals in Lawrenceville has completely failed and lost this customer and any others I can influence. If you need to rent a pickup truck, do yourself a favor and call Uhaul instead! They were much friendlier and made us aware of everything up front. Overall a much better experience with Uhaul than with Enterprise!!

Customer service was Great!!! Ellen, AK, and Brianna was very professional. I highly recommend this location if your looking to rent vehicles and want good customer service.

What an incredibly crazy place. Stay far away. I was arriving to pick up my rental when I witnessed them cancel a guys reservation and then call the cops on him when he said a cuss word over the phone. I stood there and watched Lawrenceville PD arrive, talk to e manager, Seth, and come out and laugh at him forCalling them and pressing the silent alarm. This Seth is apparently a manager, who told this guy to get out because he uses the “f” work in conversation. Definitely a tender hearted guy who likes it his way or the highway. Enterprise, as a company, is not represented as this and this guy is a liability. I canceled my reservation and went to Hertz, because of these people trying to inhibit freedom of speech to paying customers.

Very unethical folks charge for 5 day while booking was for 4 knowing that 5th day fell on weekends while ty closed on sat & sun ripping consumer for extra 2 days not providing drop box .charged me e translation 158 .gauge/ dent on ur wallet .
