This was my 1st time renting a storage unit so I was hesitant based on all the stories I have heard. Not at Morningstar! If the rating scale went to 10, Morningstar would get a 10! It takes hard work to deliver a superior product and Kimberly and her staff have done just that!
No pests in sight which is what I have always heard, clean, well lit, temperature controlled, excellent and personable customer service, and the price is right! Close-out of the unit was quick, easy and delightful with Yolanda. If I ever need storage again no need to shop around because I know where to go. If you are looking for a storage unit, go to Morningstar-Lawrenceville and get you one:>)!

I am a new customer, and this place is top notch! Yolanda was especially helpful, answering all 138,245 questions I had. They are on a different level than most Storage Facilities. I would (and most certainly WILL!) recommend this company to anyone who cares about their items needing to stored securely. Very clean, very welcoming.

I give MorningStar a 10 out of 10 five star rating with my experience thus far. Ms. Kimberly at the front desk was great. Her customer service is top-tier. She really accommodated my husband and I and she was very professional as well. I would definitely recommend any and everyone to, check this place out when it comes to all of your storage needs. I loved the hospitality upon entering the facility as we were offered a cold beverage and snack.
I cannot leave out the great rate that we received and I also like the fact that there is 24 hour access, and the facility is very very clean.
Thank you so very much Ms. Kimberly for your superb customer service. We look forward to continue doing business with you all.

We stopped paying! our very expensive stuff Is now useless and it's very sad. They have a really bad mice problem despite it appearing clean. We had insurance but it will only cover up to $500. We have two units. $500 would probably only cover my kids bikes 🙄. I have brand new furniture in there worth 10k that is ruined in mice pee and poop. Along with wires chewed on TV and game system cords. They ate through the clothes in boxes. Our PURPLE brand mattresses ruined with urine, and temper pedic.My baby had clothes with tags still on them to keeo until she could fit them. Cannot even wear it now. All her baby stuff ruined. The list goes on. Some may say get it professionally cleaned but even they say maggots can infest deep withing the cushions while the cleaning only gets tough stains from surface layers. I have used storage units for 10 plus years. This was my first and hopefully last experience with this. I assume it's the restaurants nearby that attract the mice? The lady at the front desk even told me once she hate checking the halls in the evening because she can hear the mice. They put out traps and ONLY ON THE OUTSIDE of units. Clearly that doesn't do anything. It's sad and heartbreaking to feel me and my kids were robbed of our things. Nothing to be done about it. While most are replaceable OVERTIME it was hard to come by those things in the first place and others things we will never get back. It's a grave injustice and Morning star tales zero accountability.

My family have been customers for some years now and the experience has been no less than great. The manager and staff are always cordial and willing to assist if need. They respond to questions without hesitation. Also, the facility is clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks

Over the years I've had a good handful of different storage units from different storage facilities.. .This one being the only one that the day after signing the paperwork I received a phone call, just a simple courtesy call thanking me for my business, making sure that I was happy with everything and if I needed anything at all not to hesitate to let them know. I was actually pretty surprised to receive that phone call as I said the only place that's ever done that over the many many units I've had throughout my life. It's just the little things like that that seriously make such a difference, Also it doesn't hurt that they really do seem to be one of the cleaner, more upscale, and really just all around better if not best storage facilities around.
