I called as an angry customer but the staff at 2040 Lawrenceville highway ga 30044 was able to sole my issues and credited my account for my out of pocket expense. Great place to storr your belongings, they are in good hands

10 stars for Ms Jamela!! She went above and beyond as a team player for extra storage. I booked online for her location, however it wasn't the location I was trying for. She jumped online hunted down the location I was looking for. It was out of her district, yet she went out of her way to help me get the storage location I was looking for, while being very friendly and caring of my needs. Even though I didn't rent from her, she sent me to Mark and kept me in the extra storage family! She won me over!! I will continue to use your service, great customer skills. Thank you 😊
