I am changing my previous review because the owner of the agency called me on his day off and quickly did his best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the policy he quoted me was still much more than the company I currently have. I will say that out of the 8 companies I contacted and compared home insurance farmers by far was the better deal. A much lower premium and for way more coverage. Highly recommend farmers for home owners insurance.I do want to include the reason for my previous low rating. One of the agents who contacted me (Haley) was trying to hard sell me a policy for auto insurance and in my opinion she got an attitude with me. After informing her I would not be purchasing a policy she continued to harass me and even after informing her to “stop texting me” (my exact words) she continued to text me. I asked to speak with her manager and she ignored my request and continued to try and convince me I’m wrong. Her reasons for texting me were “I want to make sure you are taken care of and happy”. She ignored my request to speak with her manager so I googled her agency and contacted the office myself. The office quickly contacted me and the owner of the agency (John Sill) contacted me and after speaking with him I am confident the issue will get resolved.

Haley is great to work with. Farmers saved me over $60 per month on three vehicles which was surprising since I had been with my previous insurance company for over 30 years and had only one claim.

I reached out to John Sill office while shopping around for new insurance. I spoke with Haley, explained everything I needed for auto and renters. She was able to get me a bundle for a better price and better coverage than I was paying! She explained everything to me from me and made sure I understood. Thank you again Haley & John!

After hearing of Farmers Insurance from a neighbor who has Farmers, I changed my insurance over to Farmers because I needed to know my needs were in reliable hands. Heather worked hard getting me set up with a commercial policy and I couldn't be more pleased that I have Farmers. They quickly respond to all my questions and most importantly when I need proof of insurance sent out to clients they are dependable and quick. I appreciate Farmers Insurance Greatly!

I want to give a shout of to Cearra at John Still Farmers Ins. Group.Cearra creates such enthusiam which demonstrates eagerness and Joy that fills with positive energy in person and on the phone. It is like Cearra is right there in your house.With everything that the world is throwing at us with covid.
