Very poor service and customer service from FedEx Onsite and FedEx on phone! Apparently, they don't work on saturdays because my package was not delivered on a saturday. Now I have to wait for another three days because the fedex reps on the other side of the world can't update my delivery address. And, they blamed me for my package not being delivered like they promised. Once again, FedEx drops the package...

Went inside to send a small package at 8:00am and it was raining. Man on duty at the FedEx shipping center was too busy on his cell phone. I felt I was bothering him. Without any kind words or empathy he told me “our system is down for the last few days.”His approach was very unprofessional and unacceptable. FedEx is paying him to keep the chair warm. Horrible customer service.
